Kazanegra Exclusive Apartments

We had a wonderful stay. The location is exceptional, right by the sea and the beach, with a spacious terrace offering beautiful views. The property itself is lovely and very peaceful, especially during the week. The facilities made it easy to enjoy meals on-site, and whenever anything was needed, it was provided immediately. The regular housekeeping every two days was greatly appreciated and helped make our stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to Milena, who is an outstanding host. She welcomed us with a drink at the nearby terrace bar and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her attention to detail, kindness, and responsiveness made our visit truly memorable.

Nothing significant to mention regarding the property itself. The only minor drawback was that during the weekend, the beach—while beautiful—is relatively small and became quite crowded with sun loungers belonging to the nearby restaurants, leaving limited space for those simply wishing to enjoy the beach. However, this is not related to the property and did not detract from our overall positive experience.

Location and the friendliness of the owner, the proximity to restaurants, the stunning view of the sea from the terrace of the apartment.

The hosts were super friendly and helpful when we asked them of anything and were quite prompt. They even brought us out a welcome drink which was so kind!

We had difficulty getting to the property based on the address that was provided and it took me having to WhatsApp the owner so he could drop a pin and direct me. I’d say just better and more clear directions on how to get to the property. As well, there were key amenities that were not present which we thought should be i.e. trash bins, a coffee maker or kettle, and the TV streaming services didn’t work and the WiFi was very shoddy and also wasn’t very strong. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, or soap in the shower, minimal towels for the duration of our stay. Also feedback, they should label the switches by the bathroom to ensure the ones for hot water are not switched off, as we did not know and kept turning them off thinking it was light switches but then we were turning off the hot water.
