Wonderful experience

The terrace of the apartment has a wonderful view, probably among the best on the entire Adriatic coast. It is a renovated house with over 300 years of family history. That spirit is felt at every step in and around the apartment. It is only a few steps away from the sea beach and all the central cafes and restaurants. The host is an excellent person who tries to make you feel comfortable and safe on your vacation. If the road leads me to that part of Montenegro again, I will definitely return to this app.

Best location and lovely terrace

Location is perfect! Our room was just above the sea and has the private entry to the sea among rocks (take rocks shoes). We enjoyed our beautiful terrace for breakfast and one day for the sunset dinner :) this was wonderful

The bed was too soft for us, and pillows too high, this just our preference, so what is really to be improved is towels , because most of them during our stay were with unwashed pots.

Perfect location and beautiful views!

The location of this apartment is perfect for exploring beaches in the area (Queen's beach, Milocer beach and Sveti Stefan beach are all within 15 minutes walk and all are far nicer/ less crowded than the beaches closer to Budva old town - the closest beach after Przno beach itself is a 4-minute walk away and the whole stretch from there to Sveti Stefan beach is beautiful). The little fishing village of Przno itself is charming! A good number of options for great seafood/ seafood pasta and risotto all right on your doorstep! Lovely sea-front spots for an evening drink as well, but what's particularly nice is that despite there being a buzz and some atmosphere in the evenings, everything is very calm and quiet in the apartment & the whole area is very quiet after 11pm anyway. Very easy bus links into Budva old town from here too. The apartment itself is pretty spacious, has a nice big terrace overlooking the water (which was wonderful in the mornings and evenings) and the hosts replenished our towels and toilet papers very regularly!

The amenities in the apartment itself are a little basic, but all very functional and comfortable. You pay for the view and the charming location of Przno, but it was fairly priced and we had a great stay.

Was great overall!

The hosts were super friendly and helpful when we asked them of anything and were quite prompt. They even brought us out a welcome drink which was so kind!

We had difficulty getting to the property based on the address that was provided and it took me having to WhatsApp the owner so he could drop a pin and direct me. I’d say just better and more clear directions on how to get to the property. As well, there were key amenities that were not present which we thought should be i.e. trash bins, a coffee maker or kettle, and the TV streaming services didn’t work and the WiFi was very shoddy and also wasn’t very strong. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, or soap in the shower, minimal towels for the duration of our stay. Also feedback, they should label the switches by the bathroom to ensure the ones for hot water are not switched off, as we did not know and kept turning them off thinking it was light switches but then we were turning off the hot water.

Beautiful spot for family or romantic stay.

Fabulous location, just next to lovely small beach and nice park to walk around and breath fresh air. Very careful hosts, which own this spot already several centuries and use some artifacts in the apartments.

Perfect little getaway

It’s so dreamy, the location and views are out of this world! It felt quiet and private like a home away from home and the host was soo kind and helped wherever he could with car rentals, taxis and excursions to find the best price he could. We also had a 10% discount each as a couple on a fantastic restaurant only a few steps away from the accommodation, meaning we had 20% off our bill for the best food we ate all trip. We would recommend and would definitely come back again

Beautiful Oasis

We had an incredible time, we arrived to a stunning sunset which our room's balcony had perfect view of. We were greeted with a cocktail on arrival once we'd settled in. the staff were so welcoming and we'd definitely recommend any couple, family, friends or solo travellers to book this apartment.

Everything was great, we'd love to have stayed longer.

Fantastic apartments overlooking the bay next to Sveti Stefan. Highly recommend - near all the restaurants and supermarket within a short walk. It’s 20 minute picturesque walk along the coast to Sveti Stefan. Blazo the owner is very accommodating

Favourite place in Montenegro!

The property and location is unbelievable - absolutely stunning. The water is crystal clear and so wonderful to swim in. Sunsets from the property were amazing. Great location to drive into Budva for an evening, great location to walk to Sveti Stefan, plus the town itself is a great location - cute restaurants, a grocery store, and q beautiful beachfront. The host was so wonderful, friendly, and helpful. On our checkout day, he proactively let us know there was a lot of traffic in the direction we were headed and let us stay a couple hours later than checkout. Also much appreciated that housekeeping comes daily to provide fresh towels (vs Airbnbs).

Top notch in every way

Possibly our favorite rental of all time. This place is magic. Ocean on both sides, gorgeous sunset views from the huge covered patio as well as from each bedroom. Walkable to all sorts of great beaches, restaurants and markets. Friendly, family-owned property even providing daily room cleaning. Very handy having a washing machine and kitchen. Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights and can't wait to return someday. There are only a few units and they all looked great, but there are also a couple at the very front of the property, closest to the ocean, with unobstructed views. Fantastic value for the money and 100% recommend!

Wonderful place to stay

It is literally located above the sea. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Small grocery store just a few steps away. Excellent view. Everyday cleaning and towel replacement.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Just to mention something: some facilities look like used for a few years and it would be nice to renew them but absolutely nothing critical.

Great apartment above the sea in the cute village

Very accommodating host, very easy and smooth communication. Extremely friendly, we really felt like home. And the place is so authentic and quite. The balcony is just above the see, you cant be any closer. The village itself is cute and charming, and few amazing beaches around!

One of the best stay We had on holidays overall. Nice restaurants nearby. You can visit Kotor (40m) or even Dubrovnik (3h) if you want from here. The place was really clean.

The location is perfect. And transportation was convenienct to either coast line or central area ,The host was extremely help. He brought us bottle of water at our arrival due to all shops closed on Sunday. Then taught us how to fish calamaris in the evening. Ideal place for fishing.

It would be best if there are toaster or small coffee machine for breakfast making.

Perfect location very close to the Przno beach and about 15 mins walk to Sveti Stefan beaches. Very good cafes, bars, restrains and taverns near by. Very friendly and kind local people - the main wealth of the place!

No one to meet us when checking in or out, no key left to lock the apartment. messaged the owner but no response. when checking out we just left as didn’t hear from them and then heard 6 hrs later. no recommendations for any local restaurants or things to do.

Charming traditional style house right on the beach. The view from our terrace in three directions was the sea. You don't have to go to the beach, just because you're on the beach. I don't know if there are other such places around the оverbuilt area of Budva.
