The location is great, appartment was clean. Breakfast selection was good. View from living room is gorgeous.
1) Apartment is hard to find. You need to search for Ponta Nova, not only Ponta
2) Receptionist or sales manager are not answering the booking messages. We asked for parking in advance, as shown in instructions, but nobody confirmed. We had big problem with paking, when we came. In the end we got space after one employee but it was very small for our KIA Sportage.
2) AC is ONLY in livingroom, not in the bedroom - which is problem, because even if you open window, the air will not move, since you look into the wall. The receptionst promised 2 ventilators, but we recieved only one, because hotel doesn't have the second.
3) The apartment needs routine maintenance - f.e. attach cabinet doors or put new towel hooks in the bathroom.
4) Breakfast - as I said, the selection was great, but EVERYTHING was cold. They serve eggs and all in chafings but don't close them.
Overall, for more that 800E for 5 nights - it was disapointing.

the location is good and the view was amazing
the room was big and comfy
furnitures and other items was quite old and there was a noticeable old furniture smell in the room. also there were lots of long hairs in the room most probably from the previous guests. I stayed 5 different hotels in 5 days in Montenegro and this cleaning issue was in every single one. Guess cleaning is not taken very seriously and they just make rapid and casual cleaning before the next guest comes

Everything was as in the pictures and all praise for the kindness of the staff
The elevators are a bit confusing, but there is direct access to the boardwalk and beaches... but the hotel does not have its own beach, that is, what is in front as a beach is rocky and does not have an adequate entrance to the water

The staff were very friendly. Bed was comfortable.
This was not my type of holiday. Very busy area, noisy into the night then early in the morning. The apartment had a kitchenette with dishwashing liquid, no plug, sponge or tea towel. There was only 1 bowl, 1 teaspoon and a couple of dinner plates. We took turns to eat breakfast.
