Unfortunately, far from a “Lux” experience!

I did appreciate the location, which I was already aware of when I made the booking — it's one of the few positives of the stay. Mrs. Olga seemed willing to assist, and her availability was appreciated, but unfortunately, many of the issues we encountered should have been thought through and addressed in advance.

I rarely leave negative reviews, and I don’t consider myself a difficult or overly demanding guest. However, our stay at Domador Rooms & Apartments in Budva was deeply disappointing and significantly impacted the quality of our holiday. We booked the “Lux Room” expecting a certain level of comfort, especially since we were traveling with children but what we found was a worn-down, poorly maintained apartment with broken and dirty facilities. The kitchen, which was one of the main reasons we chose this place, was practically unusable. There were barely any dishes, and the few that were there were extremely dirty. The electric kettle was full of limescale, the sponge was already used and dirty, and the sink was leaking constantly, forcing us to put towels underneath every time we used it. The fridge had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. The towels provided were rough, overused, and in some cases so worn they felt like sandpaper or were close to tearing. Though their listing mentions complimentary bathroom products, there were none. The bathtub didn't work, nor did the shower connected to it. The toilet flush button was broken, and I had to constantly supervise my kids to prevent them from using force or breaking it further. The lighting in the apartment was poor, with many bulbs either too dim or not working at all. The safe box (listed as available) was missing. There was a drying rack indoors where clothes never dried, and a small one outside on the balcony — but no clips to actually hang anything. To make matters worse, the glass on the door was cracked, and my daughter cut her hand while playing. The mattress on the bed was extremely uncomfortable — honestly, sleeping on the floor might have been better. Parking in the area was a nightmare. The hosts offered no solution, not even a paid option nearby. One morning, we found our car scratched and the windshield wipers broken.

Good location, comfortable stay

Location, room size, cleanliness, parking was all amazing. Location wise it has access to supermarket, beach etc very nearby, so would highly recommend.

The location was convenient, the beds were comfortable, and having a parking space was definitely a plus.

The doors were extremely thin, so it felt like there was no sound insulation at all — we could hear everything, and unfortunately, other guests were quite noisy. Cleanliness could be improved: the glasses were not properly washed, and overall the place seemed more rinsed than cleaned, lacking a real sense of freshness. The fridge made strange bubbling noises throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep. One of the lamps wasn’t working, and each bed had a different type of pillow, which felt unusual and inconsistent.

Superb

It was nice and clean. The staff is friendly, they keept us a parking spot in front of property, it's a public street park. The room looks like in pictures and the property is 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Bathroom could be improved with a bigger mirror and some soaps. The fridge is noisy but still better to have it noisy than not having it at all.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes' walk from the beach. The rooms are very, very clean, spacious, with new and modern furniture and very comfortable beds. The air conditioning works very well and the internet is high speed and free. Rich and varied breakfast, European type, fruits, vegetables, cheese, cakes, cereals, porridge. Eggs are cooked on the spot, omelette or ham and eggs. Absolutely amazing hosts, very helpful and nice. We had a great time here and we definitely recommend this hotel.

Becici and Montenegro are beautiful. this place? not so much.

the property was clean

doesn’t look like the photos. the landlord placed 4 people in a room for three, even though we spoke over the phone about upgrading us (for money of course). we paid for the 4th person, but remained in the same 3-people room. after speaking to the lady again, she showed no interest in meeting our needs, and also pretended not to understand things that she didn’t want to answer.
