The house is fantastic. Although we were on a business trip, we had time to enjoy all that this property has to offer. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, it also has a fully equipped summer kitchen. There is a swimming pool. We did not use it, because it is ready for use in late April, early May when the days are warmer.
The house is located eight minutes by car from the center of Budva and it is better to have a car during your stay (rent a car, taxi ...)
If you want to go to restaurant, shops, beach you can't go by walk. Only that, but by car everything is very close.

The house is simply beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. The summer kitchen and also kitchen in the villa are fully equipped. The villa has everything you need. The pool is bigger than we thought. The owners are very kind and helpful.
It is best to have a car during your stay in the villa, because it is located 10 minutes from Budva by car.

Хорошее расположение. хороший вид на горы и море.При заезде нам подарили вино и конфеты в честь нашего юбилея свадьбы. были необходимые продукты для приготовления еды-соль, перец, масло, уголь. Хорошая сауна. Good location. Good view of the mountains and the sea. When we arrived, we were given wine and sweets as a gift for our wedding anniversary. It was very nice! There were all the necessary ingredients for cooking, such as salt, pepper, oil, and charcoal. The sauna was also very good.
Описание не соответствует действительности. Вилла, как будто запущенная и неухоженная. Вода в бассейне была не очень свежая, 2 последних дня мы не смогли купаться, так как она стала совсем темная. А для нас был необходим бассейн! большинство лежаков и зонтиков в плохом состоянии. цветы в горшках засохли. холодильник грязный и замерзли ящики в морозильнике, там взорвалось пиво от прошлых гостей. и это не убрали((( Сковородки очень старые , слезло покрытие, невозможно готовить. уборки ни разу не было за 4 дня нашего прибывания.

The water in the pool was not very fresh, we had not been able to swim for the last 2 days, as it had become completely dark. And we needed a pool! Most of the sun beds and umbrellas are in poor condition. The flowers in the pots are withered. the refrigerator is dirty and the drawers in the freezer are frozen, beer from past guests exploded there. and it hasn't been cleaned((( The pans are very old, the coating has peeled off, it's impossible to cook. The house was never cleaned during our four-day stay.
