Big flat in Arras

Great location and lovely big flat, very comfortable beds.. Dead easy to find in Arras. Local sites and shops very close. Well equipped large kitchen and nice bathroom.

Couldn't find any instructions on getting the TV working, which would have been handy. On street parking was handy but make sure you pay for it at the machine, which is fairly cheap

Apartment great! Shared entrance area, a disgrace.

Good quiet location and walkable to the main points of interest. Apartment itself is nice and cosy and clean.

To get tot the apartment you have to go through a shared front door and through a hall, which is a disgrace. IT is unclean and in serious need re-decoration. Wallpaper is hanging off the wall and ceiling sand there are cobwebs. Not only is it in need of decorating but it is unclean. Running a finger across the skirting boards and parts of the door results in a black finger. This is not just parts that are rarely seen, these are the easily visible parts. The apartment is great and its like its in a different world, however, this entrance hall is a real deterrent from staying again. The effort required to clean it would not be that great. Decorating effort would obviously need greater effort. But a priority is a serious clean with a damp cloth.

Family of 5 overnight stay

Exceptionally clean, immaculately presented. Good facilities and excellent communication regarding access to the property. No designated parking space but ample street and car parking spaces available nearby. We were lucky and managed to park just outside the property. Location was perfect for an overnight stop, just a few minutes walk from the main square where we enjoyed a walk and meal. The square had a wonderful atmosphere. Very happy with our stay and would recommend to others as well as make a return visit.

Entrance hall would benefit from redecoration. The apartment is located on the first floor and once you opened the door to the apartment you couldn't fault it. If there was anything that could be improved it would be softer lighting in the main living space, perhaps a floor lamp.

un appartement qui pourrait être très bien, mais entretenu avec beaucoup de désinvolture

l'endroit est calme, tout près du centre ville la cuisine et la salle de bains sont modernes et bien équipées. La décoration est sobre, mais de bon goût le prix est très correct quand on a besoin de 3 lits dans 3 pièces différentes

Le hall et l'escalier sont d'une saleté repoussante : papier peint décollé et taché, peintures démodées et défraîchies et surtout : de la poussière et des toiles d'araignée à quasiment à chaque marche de l'escalier. Les draps pour le canapé-lit étaient roulés en boule dans le coffre, et donnaient l'impression d'avoir déjà servi. Il manquait les taies d'oreiller, j'ai dû fouiller pour en trouver. J'ai ouvert le meuble du salon : il était plein de linge roulé en boule, il m'a fallu tout sortir pour trouver les taies assorties... heureusement que j'avais payé 15 € supplémentaires pour avoir les clés plus tôt. Enfin, dans une des chambres, le sommier à lattes était complètement cassé. En soulevant le matelas, j'ai constaté que les lattes avaient été grossièrement repositionnées en croix . Le gérant répond facilement au téléphone mais il se montre très évasif quand on l'interpelle sur certains commentaires d'anciens clients ... je comprends mieux pourquoi.

Emplacement idéal. Propreté irréprochable. Un énorme bémol concernant la literie : matelas très affaissé dans la grande chambre. La literie à changer rapidement afin de pouvoir bénéficier d’une note de 10/10 pour ce logement
