Great location in the centre of Arras. Access was easy and good if arriving after hours
Clean but quite basic. Very noisy. One bedroom door had no catch so wouldn’t close. No lock on bathroom door. Temperature control on shower not very adjustable shower went from hot to cold - no warm. Primarily though, I didn’t find the list of rules and instructions very welcoming and I don’t like be made to feel bad for giving less than a five star (or 10/10) review.

Tout était parfait, l’appartement était propre et net décoration de très bon goût, des petites attentions, très agréable. L’endroit est idéalement placé. La literie est top, la cuisine est très agréable. Nous nous y sentons bien lieux bien soigné. À notre arrivée, la première chose que nous avons remarqué, c’est cette odeur de propre qui sentait dans l’appartement.

The apartment is sparkling clean, very nice and cosy, very well decorated. Owners put a lot of effort to make it feel like home. Beds were so comfortable and hotel-like bed linen crispness made me feel like I am in heaven after a long day! I strongly recommend this accommodation. It’s conveniently located close to parking, the stunning Arras Plaza, and lots of welcoming cafés! I would highly recommend this accommodation.
