Basic accommodation

Location was very good, just off the Grand Place. Check in was simple with a digicode but we had to be proactive to get it.

A basic apartment on the first floor, a studio really. The sofa, which can be a bed was uncomfortable. The worst thing was the decor. It was all black, and as the space didn't have much natural light, it made the whole place depressing. Some bright electric light might have helped. We planned to eat in but it was so depressing we went out. It did to sleep in overnight but I wouldn't want to stay longer. Parking in Arras is complicated. Grand place is free from 6pm to 9am but at other times there are limits.

The apartment is cosy and well located, just a short walk from the railway station, La Grande Place and Place des Héros. Perfect for a short stay in lovely Arras. Florence made us feel very welcome and kindly stored our luggage for us as we arrived before the check in time and the apartment wasn't ready. She also provided an excellent breakfast the following morning - fresh croissants, baguette, cornflakes, milk, coffee, yoghurt, homemade jam and fresh orange juice! C'était génial 😊

The property is spotlessly clean. Well maintained basic accommodation. We were in Arras for one night and it was perfect for our needs The location excellent in the centre of Arras Florence was the perfect host and we happily stay again.

Great little apartment.

Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished. Large comfortable bed. In the centre of Arras, very close to the main square. Parking nearby (free after 18:00).

We were there on a Friday night, and there were groups of people walking past talking loudly until the early hours (we had the windows open, it probably wouldn’t be a problem with closed windows and if you are a heavy sleeper). Otherwise it was all good.

Ideally located, clean and neat.

I rang the number on the booking form and was given the door entry code so it was simple to gain access. We had the ground floor flat which is ideally suited 30 meters off the "Grand Place". The flat is quiet even though it fronts ont the street.

Did not know until we arrived that there was space to store bicycles. It might not be so quiet in the summer as it fronts onto the street.

A delightful find in the centre of Arras.

Located just off le Grand Place. Compact but with all that you need. Clean, comfortable and a real find! We've always used hotels before in Arras but this will now be our first choice.

Superb place to stay for a short or longer visit to Arras.

Friendly, welcoming and hospitable host Florence met us on arrival, allowed us to leave bags prior to check in showed us around and took us to the Saturday market. Spacious, modern, well-equipped, spotlessly clean and functional apartment. The location: close to the train station; close to main city squares and tourist office; patisseries, cafes and restaurants nearby; quiet at night. Helpful folder of information with instructions for appliances and places to visit and run.

Very spacious room with kitchenette. Very good location next to the heroes square. The owner was very polite.

Compact studio perfect for a short break in a wonderful town. Excellent location with very reasonably priced parking nearby. Florence was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Great location, good facilities and welcoming hosts, (who are not onsite but accessible by phone).

Was met at train station by one of the hosts, we had the ground floor unit which we had requested. It’s small but very comfortable for a couple, no use heating big apartments when we were out all day. Liked being able to cook or reheat food, breakfast delivered fresh each morning was delicious breads and pastries, home made jam, juices, coffee pods and quality tea bags, perfection, great start to the day. Location is brilliant close to the square. We really enjoyed our stay here and the friendliness of the hosts who go out of their way to communicate in English for us. Use of washing machine and dryer in a downstairs laundry room a very welcome addition when you have been on the road for a while. Definitely recommend.

Logement parfait juste pour 1 nuit pour 2 personnes et être à proximité du marché Noël.

D'abord j'ai été surprise par la grandeur de l'appart. En fait c'était un studio. Et je pensais plus grand. Pour 1 nuit c'est bien. Mais bien aménagé, coin lit, coin cuisine avec fauteuille/table une petite salle de bain et WC séparé. Le petit-déjeuner déjeuner livrer dans un panier qui était déposé dans une autre pièce dans le couloir. Panier avec ce qu'il faut, bien garni. L'emplacement était très bien juste à côté des grandes places où se trouvait le marché de Noël.

Isolation légère car on entendait les bruits de la rue mais surtout dérangé par les pas/bruits de l'étage au-dessus. Et j'ai trouvé très dommage de ne pas pu rencontrer notre hôte qui n'était pas là pour nous accueillir et ni le lendemain matin pour nous apporter le petit déjeuner. C'est impersonnel.Dommage.

Lokatie was perfect in het centrum. Contact was ook goed. En het ontbijt was zeer goed geregeld. Je hebt je eigen kleine keuken wat ideaal is.

Ik kreeg geen connectie met internet wel op de 2de dag even maar daarna ook niet meer.

Prima plek, op perfecte locatie!!

Na een lange rit kwamen we aan in een stadje dat meteen betovert , wat een plaatje! Parkeren kan op het grote plein, op slechts twee minuten lopen van het appartement. Van tevoren had ik laten weten hoe laat we zouden arriveren, en het contact via sms verliep soepel – ideaal als je de taal niet helemaal machtig bent. Het appartement was makkelijk te vinden en in te komen. Binnen was alles netjes schoon, compleet ingericht en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Het bed lag heerlijk en het ontbijt was een fijne afsluiter van een korte maar zeer aangename stop. Aanrader!

Kleine tip voor wie licht slaapt (zoals ik): ik vermoed dat de stad ’s nachts wordt schoongeveegd – letterlijk. Dat hoor je dus wel. Neem oordoppen mee en je slaapt als een roos.
