Logement très propre, très bien décoré et très bien situé (juste à côté de la Grand Place). J'ai pu me garer dans la rue. C'est payant sauf entre 18h et 9h. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait dans le logement (même si je n'ai pas eu besoin de cuisiner). Le petit déjeuner était très satisfaisant (panier avec pain, beurre, confitures maison, viennoiserie, yaourt, café et thé). La communication avec l'hôte a été très facile.

La partie chambre (appartement 3) donne sur la rue donc, avec l'éclairage public, il n'y a pas le noir complet. Mais je n'ai pas été gênée par ça, j'ai l'habitude.

Compact, maar heel compleet en op een mooie locatie direct in het centrum. Ontbijt ook prima en een heel vriendelijke host.

Was zeer warm buiten (meer dan 30 graden); gelukkig konden bij ons appartement op de eerste verdieping zowel voor als achter ramen open zodat het toch flink kon afkoelen. Toch zou airconditioning een pre zijn.

Top locatie, super mooi en praktisch ingericht appartement, heel proper en prima communicatie met de eigenares.

Location was very good, just off the Grand Place. Check in was simple with a digicode but we had to be proactive to get it.

A basic apartment on the first floor, a studio really. The sofa, which can be a bed was uncomfortable. The worst thing was the decor. It was all black, and as the space didn't have much natural light, it made the whole place depressing. Some bright electric light might have helped. We planned to eat in but it was so depressing we went out. It did to sleep in overnight but I wouldn't want to stay longer. Parking in Arras is complicated. Grand place is free from 6pm to 9am but at other times there are limits.
