Lovely, clean studio with amazing views. Plus easy access to all facilities.

Lovely cosy studio in a fantastic location. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Virginie provides lots of useful information. Plus, leaflets and guides. The studio looks directly out onto the main square of Arras. So everything is just a short walk way from restaurants to shops. Plus historical sites. We would definitely stay again.

Ideally located right on the edge of the square and less than 10 minutes walk from our chosen car park. Everything we needed for a short stay.

Really loud music from a bar 2 streets away kept going till midnight. Council should shut it down as it is out of character with area.

nothing, maybe think about fire protection eg with rope ladder in room. In case of fire the small stairs maybe an issue. Little technical comment: the shower wall connector need fixing.

Great location overlooking the beautiful Place de Heros, small but well equipped apartment, perfect for 1-2 nights. Lots of parking possibilities nearby (mostly free on weekends). Excellent communication with the owner, check-in was easy and straightforward with the digicode.

There are many restaurants and bars near the flat, some with loud music until midnight or so. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you're a light sleeper of plan an early start the next day, you should take this into account.

We were there on a warm evening and people were quite noisy on the terrace downstairs .... Which is normal, given the location. We found a parking place about 5 minutes away. Look up parking places before arrival.

Parfait!

Emplacement parfait en plein centre historique, restos, cafés, tout sur place... double vitrage très efficace pour l'isolation phonique (animation tardive sur la place) . Beaucoup de docs touristiques à disposition, les petites attentions comme du café... et même des petits rats! (en chocolat ! 😋) et l'appartement, nickel un petit bijou! Attention toutefois à l'escalier très raide pour accéder au 1er étage !

Tout était parfait... peut-être une petite table de nuit côté gauche du lit...

L’appartement est idéalement situe cependant des volets ou rideaux occultants seraient nécessaires on peut se déplacer la nuit sans allumer la lumière puisque tous les éclairages de la place des Héros se répercutent dans la chambre
