Pleasant one night’s stay

You could see that a lot of thought had gone into decorating the apartment which was appreciated.

It wasn’t so convenient having the toilet downstairs if the bathroom was needed during the night.

Great stay in Arras

Everything was great. The communications with the host were outstanding. Finding the property and parking outside was easy. The use of a key lockbox worked exactly how it should, and makes it really easy if you can't guarantee your arrival time, or you flex your plans at the last minute (as we did!).The only thing that anyone may have a small problem with are the stairs, which are a little bit steeper than I'd like. But, that's perfectly normal in a property of this type. Otherwise, everything was perfect 10/10! Highly recommended.

Excellent, comfortable stay in central Arras.

Lovely character two bedroom (plus office) accomodation, tasteful decor with modern facilities, a short stroll to central market squares with fabulous bistros, cafes and shopping. Free parking and a fantastic free circle bus close by. Wonderful and helpful host.

Tout d'abord, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la réactivité des propriétaires. Enfin, le lieu est superbe et très cosy! Sans compter le confort des lits et les prestations. L'emplacement est top, à quelques minutes à pied de la Place des Héros.. Tout était parfait !

Vor allem die tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Arras ist top, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, die gute Ausstattung, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit Art-Deco-Anklängen, bequeme Betten und schnelles WLan, ausliegende Broschüren mit Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in Arras und Umgebung

Nicht gut gefallen hat uns, dass es noch sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch und Lufterfrischer roch, als wir ankamen und dass man das hoch angebrachte Fenster im Bad nicht öffnen konnte. Da gerade die Straße und der Platz gegenüber saniert werden, gab es Probleme bei der Suche nach einem Parkplatz und morgens ging der Presslufthammer los. Der Störfaktor Straße ist aber ja nur temporär.

Appartement proche du centre avec un parking gratuit à 5 mn. Bien meublé et décoré avec goût et d'une propreté irréprochable. De plus l'hôte est hyper disponible et attentif aux messages. Nous avons passé un super séjour !

Maison de ville très confortable dans un quartier charmant

Maison confortablement aménagée dans un quartier calme, verdoyant, tout près de la Scarpe pour faire de jolies balades au bord de l'eau et à quelque pas des places et des rues animées. Côté cuisine : la batterie est complète. Trois machines différentes pour le café. Une mention toute spéciale pour la superbe théière en fonte : merci d'avoir pensé à celles et ceux qui aiment le thé. Le petit bureau en haut de l'escalier est ravissant : il a tout de suite été adopté ! Le propriétaire est très réactif et soucieux du confort de ses hôtes. Tout s'est passé à distance et formidablement bien.

Logement bien situé, proche du centre. Décoration cosy, bon équipement et notamment très bonne literie. Belle présence (par sms) pleine de sollicitude de la part de notre hôte. Les arrageois.es sont très accueillants : le séjour vaut le coup, rien que pour leur amabilité et sourire.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sylvain qui a à cœur d’accueillir les hôtes avec beaucoup d’attention. La maison est très joliment décorée, très propre, confortable et bien placée par rapport aux centres d’intérêt d’Arras. Nous conservons précieusement cette adresse pour une prochaine étape si l’occasion se présente.

Tout a été parfait. Très beau décor, beaucoup de goût et d'originalité. Nous n'avons pas physiquement rencontré Sylvain mais nos échanges téléphonique ont été très chaleureux et ses explications très claires. En plus la situation du logement est parfaite pour aller vers le centre ville.
