Stunning Apartment

We were travelling across Europe and stayed in 5 different properties all around the same cost per night however this property was by far the most superior the owners had thought of everything that you would need and all the furnishings were of a good quality, with the beds and bedding being of a high class hotel standard.

Let down by roadworks

Beautifully decorated, fantastic layout, spacious, great views, big tv, netflix, very good correspondence through whatsapp for any access issues etc

Poor for parking, especially given roadworks currently going on. Had a lot of luggage, which was a real hassle unloading from the car park to the apartment. Stressful unloading and loading luggage. Parking was €20, not €12 as others had previously stated. Wished the vendors had disclosed the roadworks with the advert.

Good location to Center of town, comfortable beds, elevator, nicely furnished and decorated.

Difficult to enter unit. We did not receive the updated instructions. Lack of enough essential items (eg. toilet paper, dishwasher pucks)

Great place to explore WW1 battlefields and northern France

The apartment is fantastic inside - clean, nice furniture, good facilities. Very well located especially if you come by train (station directly opposite). Shops etc only a couple of minutes walk away.

Apartment has a few quirks. The kitchen light was the dullest bulb I’ve ever seen (or not seen!!). Could do with a roll of bags for the bins. And if you’re claustrophobic the lift is the smallest you’ll ever go in. None of those are particular big deals for me though. Be warned if you’re driving: Parking is insanely expensive in Arras. The underground multi-storey opposite will set you back €20 a night - when booking, you’ll need to factor that in to your total cost (all the on-street parking is paid for too).

A great apartment in an easy location to the centre of Arras

Great property in the middle of Arras near the station with easy parking 1 minute away. Excellent communication from the hosts to get into the apartment. Nicely clean and spacious with two large bedrooms and a lovely kitchen and Lounge/dining-room. A few minutes walk to two large squares which had great bars and restaurants.

Beds were clean and made up beautifully but were quite hard so a bit uncomfortable.

The location is within a short walk to the main square. The apartment was comfortable with a good kitchen.

Location and entry instructions were over complex. Videos unnecessary, just simple and clear instructions are required. The washing machine was locked and owners did not respond on how to fix.

Great loctaion for us on our travels, easy to access, comfortable and a good sleep in a good bed.

The owner made it easy to get into the apartment by providing a video showing us how, compared to written instructions in a different to native language this was easy and very effective. The apartment was central, we had no trouble finding places to eat and park our car. The apartment was comfortable and well set up, everything worked well. It was an easy and very good experience.

Parking would have been nice, however there was an under ground car park opposite the property which was only €12 a day. The external entrance to the block is a little run down, that said the apartment is amazing and we wouldn’t hesitate in returning.

Comfortable and spacious

A really lovely apartment, clean, very central and a short walk to the city square for eating out. The kitchen was well equipped, a large modern TV in the living room and the rooms were all spacious with a modern bathroom. We only stayed one night but could easily have stayed longer.

Very small lift. No air conditioning but a large fan was available.

Spacious and clean. Well appointed. Good location, just a short 5 min stroll from the central part of town. Communication with the owners was excellent, good advice on parking and easy instructions to follow to access the apartment. Overall an excellent stay and very happy to recommend.

Cosy, functional and clean.

During our visit, the three of us felt at home. It was simply incredibly cosy. Enough room for my spouse, myself, and my mother-in-law. The accommodation is lovely and tidy. There is a washing machine that we need. The bed was so comfortable. I had great sleep. Few minutes walk from the station. After our day trip, we can watch Netflix and YouTube. I'll unquestionably tell my friends about this property.

We LOVED it! It was stunning and very comfortable. Beautifully stylish and cleverly decorated. We all slept so well, the beds were comfy, bed linen and towels very soft. The apartment was very clean and we were grateful for the madeleines, chocolates and coffee.

It was unclear how to lock the door to the apartment when leaving. We eventually worked it out but some instructions would have helped. If we missed this, I apologise for this comment! The shower was great but the water didn't go down the drain quickly and stayed in the bath for a while. None of this really mattered though as we absolutely loved staying there.

Comfortable, convenient, pleasant, would stay again

Having an automated system for entering the building and the unit was incredibly convenient. The hosts were very easy to communicate with ahead of time (we did not need to contact while staying). The location right next to the train station was fantastic for our party as we arrived and left by train. The unit was clean, and comfortable with the added little touches to make it a nice place to stay. If we return to Arras, we will definitely look this unit up as a place to stay again.

As tall people, the shower/tub was slightly small for our use. But that has been an issue everywhere we've stayed in Europe.
