Immaculate property, very well kept and had everything we needed.

There was nothing not to like!

Interior design was very modern and nice, the flat is spacious and light with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. It is opposite the entrance to parking (Europeean, €20 for 24 hours, €40 for 2-7 days). 5 mins walk to town centre in one direction, 10 min walk to Wellington tunnels in other direction. Provided 3 fans, 8 coffee pods, 2 tea bags and loo roll, (and a couple of chocolates but they had melted). The red fronted bakery on the corner (opposite the white cafe in photo) is fabulous for breakfast. Enjoyed the Wellington tunnels, the Boves and eating out on Place Des Heros in the evening (fou crepes and Volfoni recommended). Not much else to do in Arras, it's a bit rough around the edges so wouldn't recommend for more than a stopover.

5th floor flat, couldn't open the windows because of the smell from the kebab shop extractor fan at the back (red brick building in photo) and direct sun at the front. None of this is the owners fault but, they could be clearer about this in the description as I would have booked elsewhere if I knew I couldn't open the windows in the summer. There was no cold drinks or even water provided so had to find a shop as soon as we arrived. As with other reviews, the entry system, labels and instructions are excessive, a key would be better. 4 pillows and no spares. Loose power sockets in both bedrooms, very low water pressure in the shower and not enough hot water for 4. Although the flat is nice, I didn't like being encouraged to leave a 5* review. Honest reviews are vital for customers and should help the owners to make improvements if necessary.

Beautifully decorated, fantastic layout, spacious, great views, big tv, netflix, very good correspondence through whatsapp for any access issues etc

Poor for parking, especially given roadworks currently going on. Had a lot of luggage, which was a real hassle unloading from the car park to the apartment. Stressful unloading and loading luggage. Parking was €20, not €12 as others had previously stated. Wished the vendors had disclosed the roadworks with the advert.
