In the hypercenter, between the Belfry and the Grand Place, in a quiet street with a private backyard designed to enjoy the sunny days and 10 minutes walk from the train station, enjoy the assets of the city of Arras in a refurbished apartment.

You access the inner courtyard directly through the kitchen which is fully equipped with: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge. You also have a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine (capsules), a kettle, a toaster.
The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed, a small wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The second bedroom, in a row, is equipped with 2 beds 90x190. The windows of the bedrooms overlook the inner courtyard and ensure a peaceful sleep.
The bathroom has a large shower and a sink. The toilet is separate.

Beautiful apartment - very clean with everything you might need. The location couldn't be better. Sylvie was a great host and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back again ourselves. Thanks.
