No place to leave the luggage The cleaning woman came in at 10:55 and demanded I leave. She needs to learn hospitality business.

The smell of cigarette smoke ruined our stay.

The heater worked powerfully. Effort was put into the decoration.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes. Even the bedsheets, although we had aired the room for a couple hours. We had to sit in the cold for hours because the windows had to be open. The host was not understanding and not apologetic. The location was noisy due to the busy road and the nearby construction.

Great location and comfortable space

Apartment is decorated nicely and is comfortable. There was lots of space compared with other similar properties we’ve stayed at. We appreciated the kitchen & the curtain between kitchen and bedroom was a blackout so room was nice and dark despite a missing blind in the kitchen. Wifi password wasn’t displayed but the host responded very promptly to my question asking for it.

There is some mould in the kitchen on blinds and window sills. The entry way is dark and a little intimidating.

The location is excellent and we were able to park. Clean.

Very basic accommodation, hard bed, kitchen only equipped with the very basics and had black mould around the windows. Dark communal area, hard to find the flat without lights.

The toilet seat was broken. The bathroom door scrappes on the floor. The sheets are very old and a bit stained. There was no coffee for the coffee machine only a few tea bags.

L'emplacement

Mauvaise insonorisation, entendre en autre les ébats amoureux de l'appartement juste à côté est déplaisant. Système pour entrer dans l'appartement qui fonctionne une fois sur 2, quand on appelle le numéro de contact sur booking, vous retombé sur une dame très hautaine, désagréable et au final ne vous apporte aucune solution, à vous de vous débrouiller. La moisissure au niveau de la fenêtre de cuisine qui s'étend au store. L'état général de la douche, joints jaunis et sales, peinture ou revêtement du sol qui part. Vous ne méritez clairement pas cette belle note sur booking !

La facilité d’accès à l'appartement.

L'appartement ne correspond pas au descriptif des équipement de booking. Il était noté qu'il y avait un canapé et en fait non. Résultat j'ai dormi avec mon collègue dans le même lit. L'évacuation d'eau de la douche se bouche, ce qui fait déborder l'eau du bac au bout de 2 min (compliqué). Début de moisissure sur baie de la cuisine, pas mal de condensation. Sinon c'est tout.

Le seul petit point négatif que j’aurais à dire c’est simplement le fait d’indiquer correctement le lieu car on a eu du mal à le trouver (se situe dans une petite ruelle entre deux magasins) et la douche qui est petite avec ouverture de la porte à l’intérieur donc compliqué d’être à l’intérieur et de fermer celle-ci

Magnifique séjour

L appartement est cosy , très calme ,bien situé en centre ville dans une impasse donc pas de circulation. Nous avons adorés Arras ,le marché de Noël est féérique, très grand et la ville sécurisée. Merci pour ce beau séjour Nous reviendrons

Beaucoup de moisissures au niveau de la cuisine, des fenêtres, aucun volet roulant. Et impossibilité de se garer en centre-ville. Le système de verrouillage par Code est compliqué, la serrure dysfonctionne, le penne tourne sur lui-même.

Une nuit d enfer mais appartement correct et bien situé

Idealement situé , assez grand pour 2 ,.literie bonne

propre mais peu mieux faire car moisisure a certain endroit , literie tres bonne manque oreiller plus epais et un petit panier de courtoisies thé ext ..serait aprécier , aucune wifi impossible de me connecter et ça c est pas possible pour les gens qui doivent rester connecté .sinon bon petit appart dans l ensemble mais nuit horrible des jeunes avaient louer au dessus hurlement tapage nocturne .......jusque 5h30 du matin un enfer et personne pour les arreter impossible de fermer l oeil nous avons dormi 3h un geste commercial devrait etre prevu car franchement week end gacher
