Calme mais lumière extérieure très dérangeante la nuit

Très bon emplacement, au fond d'une cour donc très calme le soir. Le studio est bien agencé.

La lumière de la cour est très gênante le soir et la nuit et empêche de dormir. Elle s'allume dès que quelqu'un passe ou un chat, en tout cas de façon trop fréquentes pour pouvoir dormir correctement. Un rideau réellement occultant ou un volet permettrait de pallier cet inconvénient.

Séjour exceptionnel grâce à un hôte particulièrement attentif

Frédéric est aux petits soins , de très bons conseils pour les visites et les bonnes tables. Le studio est très propre et fonctionnel à deux pas du beffroi de la place des héros et du marché de Noël. Notre séjour a été exceptionnel , nous reviendrons .

Fabuleux !

L’appartement est fidèle à l’annonce et tout le confort est optimal pour passer une bonne nuit.. la literie est juste parfaite !!! Le système de lit en mode armoire est vraiment pratique.. le vieux parquet donne un charme particulier à ce petit cocon. La déco est sobre et chaleureuse !!! À deux pas de la grande place et de toutes les commodités. Ps: nous vous conseillons de bien suivre les instructions de Frédéric car nous ne l’avons pas fait en ce qui concerne le parking et avons eu la mauvaise surprise de s’être fait retiré la voiture.. néanmoins nous avons eu la chance de croiser Frédéric en quittant le logement, qui nous a gentiment proposer de nous accompagner au commissariat puis à la fourrière, service 5 étoiles ! Du fait merci à toi pour ces attentions et pour le parapluie :) Aurélie et Félicien

Beaucoup à dire...Que du positif réellement.. L'appartement est très bien situé, fonctionnel, propre, une vue sur le Beffroi et vraiment COSY. Frédéric est une personne agréable, arrangeante, présente et à l'écoute et d'une gentillesse et d'une humanité... Des qualités qui font le plus d'un appartement magnifique... Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir. Merci à vous Frédéric.. et au Plaisir...
