Fantastic location and very comfortable apartment

The location is perfect, just around the corner from the main squares. Very comfortable and is exactly as advertised in the pictures. Owners have left a nice booklet detailing all the things they recommend in Arras, including restaurants and bakeries. They even tell you where to get free parking just a 5-minute walk away.

You might hear people walk by as it's on the ground level but the city gets very quiet by 9:00 p.m. or so. Even while we were there during the Christmas Market which was huge and so fun. We were never bothered by the sound. And it's a pedestrian only street.

A most enjoyable stay in a beautiful city.

Perfect location in Arras centre, with restaurants and shops just steps away - yet quiet and peaceful inside. Nice comfortable sofa (important for relaxing because we stayed a week).

The bed was not very comfortable for us.

perfectly adequate unit close to the centrum

Great, quiet spot without stairs in the centrum. VERY comfortable bed and new, modern kitchen, as well as lighting, seemingly good climate control, etc. Parking is free from 6pm to 9am.

I could have used a lot of instructions on how to use things, for example the shower, towel heater, coffee maker, and even locking the front door. The apartment floors and baseboards could have been a little cleaner and more attention paid to things like the red light flashing on the coffee maker as well as the nearly empty dishwasher fluid, and lack of things like paper towels, shampoo, etc. The bath towels could have been softer.

The shower was big, the pressure great and the apartment was so close to the Grand Place at Arras, with food, patisseries and bars.

There was a bit of an odour from the shower or toilet. No milk supplied or washing machine tabletsor dishwashing liquid.

Central apartment with good facilities but issues getting in

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. Looked like the photos. Close to Place des Heros.

We couldn’t get into the apartment as there was a problem with the key safe. At one point the owners told us we would need to wait two hours for someone to let us in. In the end we waited 30 minutes in the rain. The apartment was quite difficult to find and the exterior was slightly scruffy. Still waiting for the owners and Booking.com to respond to the issues we faced.

Arras is a great town but we were disappointed to find someone urinating against the front door of the property during the night. Obviously nothing to do with the hosts or property itself!

L'appartement est très bien agencé, bien décoré et agréable. Seul petit bémol : il y avait une odeur assez marquée de canalisation en entrant mais le propriétaire a indiqué qu'il s'en occuperait rapidement. Le matelas était beaucoup trop mou à mon sens mais ça reste un ressenti personnel.
