Lovely quirky property in an excellent location in the centre of Arras.

Nice and quirky and set over 4 floors including a baby foot in the ground floor. Separate toilet and a great shower in the bedroom, lounge and kitchen comfortable and well equipped. Plenty of towels. Laure the owner was very helpful in advance of our arrival.

Took a long time to heat up the apartment so needed extra blankets on the bed. The curtains don’t cover the bedroom windows effectively and let in too much light, the sink in the bedroom drains very slowly and leaks around the edges.

The location was great. Everything you needed.

Unfortunately we didn’t realise that there were so many stairs and how steep the stairs are. Great place for younger people. Not 67 years and bad knees sharing with friends and the shower being open.

Served our purpose of visiting Arass christmas market

It was in the town centre and for the xmas market the location was excellent. Also the owners spent time showing us where to park, which was very helpful. Did the job for us

For 5 people over 70 the 3rd bedroom was hard to get to with a ladder and also the shower in the main bedroom was awkward. Meant we had to rearrange sleeping arrangements but it was clean warm and an ideal position for the Markets

Exceptional house in a beautiful location

Wonderful house in an excellent location, and the street looks so beautiful when it is lit up at night. The house has everything you need and the children loved the table football! The main bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, and the outside space was very charming. The host is so friendly and helpful, and there were many little touches around the house that we appreciated - toiletries in the shower, tea bags in the kitchen etc. They have thought of everything and we were very grateful.

The bed on the mezzanine level was very uncomfortable and the floor very dusty, which you can feel in your breathing when lying so low to the floor and moving the sheets.

Great location in a very quirky property

Characterful property, quirky, great location, quiet.

The description is a bit misleading. There are not 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. There is one open plan area with a futon on a high platform up a very steep ladder. The shower and basin are in the main bedroom space. Fine if you are a couple or 2 close, fit friends but could be difficult if you want privacy and can’t climb the ladder. It’s a sweet property though.

Excellent place to stay on Arras! The place was very quirky, clean and had everything you could possibly need. It is perfectly located next to some lovely restaurants and shops. We liked that you entered the property through a shop front that had a games room and football table. The kids really liked this room.

Perfect, lovely little Gem in the heart of Arras

Stayed for one night but couldn’t of been easier, perfect location and house was great, we stayed with our two boys who loved the fusball table downstairs, Parking right near the property on rue Albert also was ideal €6 for 24hrs cannot complain..thanks again

Fun, quirky apartment in a great location. Very well kitted out with a modern designed bathroom and kitchen etc. Clever use of space but the shower privacy, steep stairs etc may be a problem for some.

The location was excellent. It was a really nice stay. Once you book it and the trip comes closer, Laure will sent you a wonderfully detailed pamphlet. All the information was easily obtained from that. If necessary it was very easy to contact the host. We stayed for a short overnight stay this time and did not get to see everything - but consider staying longer a next time just to visit Arras in it's full extent: Laure definitely made us very intrigued in the city!

There were thick spider webs/cobs at the balcony/serre part, so sitting outside didn't feel too comfortable. For the rest, it's super clean and well kept.

Very comfortable and well appointed apartment in the centre of Arras. A short walk to the main attractions.

It’s on a pedestrian street and we had to park the car in a public carpark a few streets away, so unloading and loading the car took longer.

Fabulous location with excellent amenities. The accommodation is tastefully designed and has everything you need for a comfortable and fun stay.

The bed on the mezzanine floor is quite hard and not too comfortable. There was no hot water so we couldn’t take a shower - we didn’t realise that you had to turn the water on manually until it was too late.

L'emplacement est idéal. Aude est très disponible et à l'écoute. Le logement est très bien équipés avec un petit espace extérieur bien aménagé. nous avons passé un très bon moment.

De ligging en het feit dat het een heel huis is in de binnenstad en een keuken heeft

Niet is een groot woord maar iets minder omdat je dicht bij elkaar slaapt en als je onrustig slaapt of snurkt snachts naar het toilet moet dat je daar last van zou kunnen hebben de bovenste slaapplek is geen kamer maar een soort vide maar als je elkaar goed kent kom je daar wel uit

On se sent comme chez soi. La rue est piétonne. Laure est ultra disponible et presque à toute heure! Elle est d’une générosité incroyable.

Le confort du lit sur la mezzanine. Un sommier à latte serait plus confortable. Le manque d’intimité de la salle de bain ouverte dans la chambre.

extrêmement central, parfait pour nos 3 jours au festival du film européen! très calme et hyper spacieux , le fait qu'il y ai une entrée servant de lieu d'expo d'artistes , c'est atypique et très sympa.....de là, au rdc une porte qui''bloque l'accès à l'appart donc aucun problème! la terrasse est charmante et c'est un plus si on est fumeur:) la déco géniale et plein de petits détails fort sympathiques

la très belle douche, mais faut être ''intimes'' avec les occupants car vitrée et dans l'espace chambre, mais on s'y est très bien arrangée entre copine les accès escalier sont très bien mais il ne faut pas avoir de problème de motricité, ce qui n'était pas notre cas et puis c'était indiqué sur l'annonce donc ok

Séjour très agréable, je recommande à tous La Maison Rose.

Logement plus confortable et surtout beaucoup plus chaleureux qu'une simple chambre d’hôtel. La Maison Rose est très agréable pour un séjour à Arras, elle est située au cœur de la ville. Bel aménagement, on s'y sent très bien. Accueil sympathique, remise des clés par Laure.
