A great few days get away right in the centre.

Fabulous location. Quite basic but reflected in the price. Clean and tidy.

Location was amazing. The apartment was a good size. Access and communication was good. Parking nearby.

The second bedroom is hard to access and the master bedroom bed is very hard. No fire alarm in the building.

Convenient, warm and comfortable but with some small details which require attention.

Central to Arras giving access to many things, particularly restaurants. Sending a video telling us about the issues with the main front door key was great but access was still challenging!

The WiFi information sent by email was wrong. The correct information was on the router by the access door inside the property. The tap in the bathroom is loose and needs fixing. A non slip mat for the bath would be a great addition!

The space where the 2 single beds weren’t great for adults as we are tall, but it was advertised like this & I was aware at booking so just personal choice.

Comment le propriétaire Nicolas laisse un commentaire positif sur son appartement alors que j étais dedans L entrée de l établissement reflète exactement la propreté de l établissement très sale gros doute sur la propreté des draps matériel 4 fourchettes pour 5 taches sur les coussins canapé cheveux collés bref ne mérite pas la location prise décollée du mur salle de bain dégoûtante plinthe décollée trou dans le mur penderie inaccessible remplie d encombrants du canapé plaque de cuisson fissurée une sur 3 fonctionne et d encombrants je pense soit la femme de ménage a peu de temps pour faire propre ou il faut la changer.un conseil pour le propriétaire laisser de quoi entretenir seau lavette Matelas taché Au sol auréole de pipi voir plus

L’emplacement exceptionnel. L’appart est spacieux et calme. Équipement moderne et en bon état. Propre. Linge de maison très bien.

Un des lits est un matelas au sol derrière le canapé. Pas inconfortable mais pas top. Deco un peu minimaliste et austère mais l’appart est joli en soi. Douche dans la baignoire pas super pratique.

La vue sur le marché de Noël

Les toiles d’araignées partout , la cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas , la plaque de cuisson complètement cassé( heureusement nous avons prévu de manger un plateau froid ),la télé impossible de faire fonctionner, wifi gratuit ( impossible à utiliser) à notre départ nous nous sommes aperçu que la box été débranché . Odeur n'oseabonde dans la salle de bain sortant d’un placard très spécial. Mes amis pensait dormir dans un canapé convertible, personne ne nous a prévenu qu’un matelas au sol les attendait le canapé étant cassé .

clé d'accès à l'immeuble particulièrement tordue et difficile à utiliser. Vaisselle trop succincte. Draps changés ...?? odeur persistante de "vieux"dans l'appartement.

Belle localisation mais l'appartement nécessite des améliorations pour une séjour de 4 adultes

Alors que nous avions réservé pour 4 adultes il n'y avait que 2 bols 2 dosettes pour la machine à café une des 2 parties couchage est en mezzanine avec une échelle de meunier très abrute de plus le vélux de cette partie n'est pas équippé de store occultant et ne dispose ni de tables de nuit ni de lampe de chevet idem pour la chambre principale. Utilisation de la douche difficile pour des personnes de plus 1.60M car en sous pente
