Pleasant stay in a convenient location.

Good location, clean and comfortable

No hot water for baths/showers when we arrived. This was problematic with young children after a full day of travelling. It would also have been nice if the cot was made up ready for us when we arrived.

Short stay in Arras

Comfortable apartment in residential district with modern bedrooms and living/dining area. Walkable into town. Good arrival instructions and contactable staff. Free parking.

We were a little put off by the list of fines for misdemeanours as it detracted from the welcome. No restaurants nearby, only a friendly boulangerie.

Impeccable

Nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser le séjour et la cuisine, très spacieux avec un grand canapé tout confort, mais les chambres et la salle de bain correspondaient tout à fait à nos attentes. Les lits sont très confortables, un lit parapluie était laissé à notre disposition également, les chambres très calmes, donc parfait.

À notre arrivée il faisait froid dans le logement ; le radiateur électrique d'une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dû attendre qu'il se remette en marche mais ensuite nous n'avons pas eu froid du tout. Bon à savoir : un virement (encaissé) de 200€ de caution doit être réalisé avant de pouvoir accéder au logement. Même si c'est compréhensible, et bien qu'on espère pouvoir faire confiance, ce n'est pas qqch de très confortable pour nous (déjà eu des soucis avec ce genre de fonctionnement...).
