Arras appartment

Excellent location, very intelligent use of space with fantastic storage facilities, a well stocked modern kitchen , air conditioning, overall very clean, and helpful staff were on hand to help.

WiFi did not work due to a technical hitch, shower perhaps a wee bit slow, a lot of work not yet finished, and the flat was at the top of 4 very narrow flights of stairs. Despite all that, none of it really distracted from what really is an absolute gem of a place. And perhaps I really need to learn French !

Comfortable accommodation but not a great area

The accommodation was very clean, spacious and comfortable. A short walk to the town centre.

The location felt uncomfortable - there were some dodgy guys doing some drug deal a couple of doors down and then one of them walked around looking into cars - we didn't feel safe or secure here. While the room was amazing for the price, the building was still under renovation and the outside door was labelled as a backpackers which we were not expecting at all. I would have preferred a smaller room but in a nicer area. We were expecting it to be a hotel not some privately owned rooms.

Location

There was sigaret smoke coming through the toilet ventilator/pipes. One of the other guests in the apartment block was clearly smoking on the toilet and we could really smell it. Told the owner, then it stopped for a while, but after a day it started again.

Peaceful and restful

The property is brand new, fully renovated. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances. The bathroom includes washing machine, hair dryer and brand new shower. The sofa bed in the living room folds out into a two space bed that is very comfortable. The bed in the bedroom is super comfy too. The area is uber quiet. The apartment is located about 10mins walk from the main square, with free parking close by. All in all, I recommend!

We needed a place to stop over for one night and this was ideal. Comfortable, well furnished, clean and quiet, the host was very responsive even though we had booked at short notice and the location was perfect for a stroll into the main squares for dinner.

Message with the key code for door etc. but met Francky outside when we parked up. Location perfect for the town center, station, local park and supermarkets. Comfortable flat, warm and spacious. Parking outside the building. Walking distance to various tourist attractions including the Wellington Tunnels, fantastic. Christmas Market was amazing, we will be back.

More towels for our four day stay.

l'appartement spacieux est très bien situé, au calme, derrière la gare (accès direct par le passage souterrain de la gare) proche du centre ville, stationnement facile et espace vert étendu apprécié cet été, à proximité. Un carrefour City, un snack frites à 200 m., un Leclerc un peu plus loin mais accessible à pied.

Mon compagnon a trouvé un des matelas mou, moi non , car le lit est large avec deux matelas côte à côte.

L'appartement est tout proche de la gare, très accessible. Les clés sont récupérées en autonomie ce qui est très pratique. Le logement est propre et très bien équipé. Je suis venue pour une nuit pour passer un concours très tôt le matin. C'était très bien
