What a shame. No respect whatsoever.

Location

Absolutely terrible experience. The rooms were filthy, with dust everywhere, and the bathroom was even worse. The bedding was clearly reused, and there were dust bunnies all over the place. On top of that, the property does not respond on Booking. I tried multiple times to get in touch, but they never replied or took any action. Do NOT book with them.

Comfortable appartement just outside the historic center

We did not get the keycode by sms as promised. I had to Phone and fortunately another person living at the house showen me how to use the box. We had to turn over the matrass as it was the wrong side up. Tip: use a matrassprotector or extra sheet to be able to wash stains. And we missed kitchentowels to do the washing up.

Lovely spacious apartment

Great location, easy to walk into the centre. Lovely views of the city from the window. Everything felt new and well equipped. Lots of space, I don't think it would feel crowded to also be using the sofa bed. Free parking right outside was very convenient.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, glad I was only staying for one night. A person was smoking downstairs and the smell filled the living room of the apartment. They must have been smoking inside as we noticed it was coming up the stairs. Luckily closing the door on the bedroom stopped it from spreading there.

Our car parked on the street overnight had marks left intentionally by someone so I'm not sure about safety of the area. The street is busy at night. Also the kitchen had no provision of napkins or condiments which of course would be a bonus but very welcomed for short stays. Same for shower gel

Disappointing

Very little unfortunately.

This is a building of multiple occupants it was worrying that there were no signs of smoke alarms in the staircase or fire extinguishers and no CO detectors in the appartment. The bed was uncomfortable with noisy springs whenever you turned over. The only coffee making facilties were a pod machine no cafetiere or coffee pot and filter holder, there's no kitchen knife to cut bread or meat. The car parking is on the street whereby you have to park with 50% of the car on the footpath

All-in-all a very agreeable place to stay.

This is a cosy mini-apartment, just what we needed. Parking is easy - on the side opposite the property.

Perhaps some sugar, as there was a coffee machine and a few coffee pods, but only as a hint to the owner. This place is centrally located so there are bars nearby.

Great value stay

Convenient free parking right outside the house where the apartment was located and only a 20 minute walk to Arras. Plenty of space and facilities were great. On the way into the town you'll see a Chinese restaurant, great value food and excellent customer service - highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and plan to return

The flat had a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. There were no instructions for the hob, which would be handy. A good hairdryer was also supplied. The shower was nice and hot and had a good flow of water. As we were vising friends close by, the location was good for us and it was close to the railway station, but it wasn't as handy for going into the centre of Arras, which was about a 20 minute walk away.

Parking is on the street outside but it is free. The main problem (and I couldn't see this mentioned on the website) is that the flat isn't just up one flight of stairs, but two. The second flight is twisty and narrow. We are elderly but reasonably fit, so it wasn't a huge problem but it was a surprise and people less able might find it either a struggle or impossible. There's a cot supplied in the bedroom but the sitting area/kitchen is open plan to the staircase so it would not be suitable for any small child that was on the move.

Great will use again

This time when we stayed we took more time to explore the surroundings. We walked up to the cathedral buildings you can see from the window, a bit of a walk, but worth it. It led to a beautiful picturesque place. The supermarket once again didn't disappoint and a man was sprucing up the paintwork in the hallway during our visit. We knew how to use the hob this time too. The shower works very well too. Parked right outside the door again.

Good budget hotel

The hosts had excellent communication. If there were any problems they were quick to respond to messages. There's a great supermarket within walking distance where we could buy food we needed. There was a playground nearby. There was a lovely view of some cathedrals by night from the window. There is on street parking outside the door. Access to WiFi.

The hob was tricky to use and there were no instructions. The host managed to resolve this with us via messages and was about to send help when we worked it out. We could only find three towels when there are four of us. We made do though and didn't query this so can't say if it would have been resolved if we did. The roads nearby are a bit tricky to navigate but that's not the hotel's fault. I found the bed very hard but my hubby said it was nice.

Venue was very clean and well-appointed with everything available that one would need.

Keys were in a key box outside for which a code was sent. The premises is well situated for the town centre, the rail station and for the Wellington Carrieres attraction.

Parking was free but, on the road outside. I had to park in an adjacent road until a space became available.

The property was good but a bit noisy as the bedroom is on the main road side. I had to move the mattress into the living room and there it was very quiet and I had a good night sleep.

Much more than a hotel 👍

Looks like a new business, very clean, furniture straight from the shop👍. As on the day of our arrival it got really hot, the proprietor brought us a life -saving fan👍😁. The apt consists of separate bedroom, dining/sitting -room with very good kitchenette. The windows overlook a street (may be noisy,), but the bedroom sees a lovely garden.

We believe what is a real need it is a wardrobe of some kind, there is virtually nowhere to put your stuff. If you do not like walking, you will complain of the location -long way downtown. Some may be unhappy having to climb narrow stairs, but we were happy to be accommodated in this kind of a traditional house, it is not like a hotel, it is much more 😁.

We booked for four, but towels and bed linen were not provided for the children. When we contacted the owner, they were rude. Eventualy they promised us a refund the next day when they realized their mistake. But they never paid.

Wszystko super: cicha i dobra lokalizacja, bezpłatny parking, wyposażenie kuchni i łazienki w najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty, bardzo czysto, duża łazienka, wygodne łóżka, jasne instrukcje od gospodarza. Bardzo polecam, przy następnej okazji chętnie ponownie się tutaj zatrzymamy.

L’appartement était propre et bien équipé. Il y avait des places gratuites dans la rue. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Pommeau de douche désagréable (jets très fins qui piquaient la peau & débit d’eau faible qui complique le rinçage). Le volet de la chambre était bloqué, il faisait donc jour au petit matin.

Nous sommes arrivés dans la soirée Logement pas très propre, de nombreuses tâches sur le canapé, les oreillers étaient aussi tachés ( pas de housses de protection ), le linge de maison était en boule et un restant de rouleau de papier toilette uniquement !!
