The property is compact and in a very good position and clean 👍🏼.

The property was a very good position to the town

The picture on booking.com shows a lovely sofa .. The sofa is very worn and needs replacing . The breakfast bar edge need replacing its the first thing you see when entering the property.I did think the property looked out onto the square when I booked it . I didn’t like the raised bed and we couldn’t get the air conditioning unit to work. That being said the property is pitched at a fair price .

Magnificent location and a really well kitted out comfortable apartment !!

Really well located in the heart of Arras…just off the old square, well kitted out with a spacious shower….. lovely courtyard which would be a great space in the summer.

The bed is on a mezzanine , which could be awkward for some people, but it’s made clear in the property details.There is a sofa bed available so there is another option..

Pleasant

A great centrally located apartment, perfect for a short stay

There is a nightclub in the same building as the apartment, and you can hear music and voices from that until 4.30am when it closes. There is also an air-conditioning vent for the night club in the private courtyard, which adds a lot of additional noise until about 6.30am. Very cramped for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, but ok for a short stay. Sofa bed wasn't made up for us, and we were told to do it ourselves, but couldn't find spare bedding in the apartment. Luckily we had our bedding in the car so used that. Very very hot at night, particularly as the double bed is on a mezzanine level.

Excellent Location, Clean apartment probably more suited to younger guests

Location excellent, directly on the Grand Place. The apartment is very secure and quiet being at the back of the building. The apartment was very clean, good shower room. Plenty of toiletries and equipment (hair dryer, iron, ironing board, coffee and tea making equipment, water in fridge, coffee and tea available as were condiments for cooking. The host very pleasant.

Handover of keys was not good. Communcation a problem with only 3 minute access to free wifi on the Grand Place. Agreed handover time originally 14:00, then 15h. As we had no wifi access en-route we contacted the host at 15:03 to say we were outside the property. Finally accessed the property at 17:30. This was clearly due to communication difficulties. Solution to this would be a key safe located on the front door area, the host could then send the code to guests, obviating the need to personally make the handover. The terrace needs refurbishment, the cushions on the sofa and chairs weather stained. Solution would be covers to protect when apartment unoccupied. We had difficulties with the sleeping arrangements, probably due to our age and mobility. More suitable for younger guests than us -:)

Very Central but also quiet and hidden. It was a lovely apartment but as my partner is not very agile due to a health condition the bed on a mezzanine was not ideal.

Great location, welcoming host, ideal for what we needed for a one night stay in Arras as a family. The apartment is accessed straight off the main square in Arras so it is really convenient for bars and restaurants, but is set back with a private courtyard so you don't get any of the noise.

Nice little courtyard apartment.

Lovely little courtyard apartment set in the heart of the old town. Excellent bathroom facilities with clean and fresh towels. Nicely stocked kitchen. Quiet too. BBQ outside with seating so great in the summer. Location is handy for the delights that Arras has to offer.

Unfortunately, the duvet in the washroom smelled of old cigarettes, so I was unable to use it, but that was the only (minor problem).

Great value studio in central Arras

Great location right in the middle of Arras, but quiet as it's set back. Big enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Easy and friendly check in. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Outside space small but good for our dog. Really liked it.

Very good

This is a small apartment but has everything you need and right in heart of the city. My teens loved it especially. It also has a little terrace area. You can park (at a small cost) right nearby in the Grand Place carpark. We loved Arras! Communication with the host was great.

The upper bed was a little hot even with the aircon machine on. The terrace in the evening gets a bit of smell of cooking from the restaurant.

Greet location, worth a visit as Arras town centre is beautiful - a real surprise stay.

Great little location in the main square, right next to a fantastic pizza restaurant- felt really private. Very cute property.

The sofa bed in the living room wasn’t particularly comfortable & parking is pretty difficult to come by (although we did stay there right before Christmas so it was very busy to be fair)
