The location is great.
The flat can get very hot as it is summer time. There is aircon but it is not functional.

Fantastic location right in the buzz of town. Once through the door just peace and quiet. Well fitted kitchen. Great value
This could be 10 out of 10 in every way. It is just tired now. Needs some money spending to make it perfect. But saying all that it is fantastically priced
