Lovely spacious property. It is very comfortable and furnished well. Kitchen is well equipped and, with a small supermarket just around the corner, this made self catering very easy. The property is a short walk from the main sights. The parking is a bonus, meaning you can be out and about with the car without worrying about finding a space again when you return. Marc is a friendly and helpful host, providing lots of ideas for things to do and places to eat. He met us at the property, managed my booking error without fuss, and was all ready to support communication with his phone and a translation App - useful when your French is poor! We will certainly consider staying again, especially as Lille is easily reached by train.

hi would have liked there to be another one of the main bedrooms to have had ensuite , think this is a important facility

The owner met us and gave us helpful information in the house and area. Lots of local information waa available in the house too. We were gifted local bar and sweets too- a nice touch. Great having the terrace and secure parking too.

Very little. One light was flickering in the bathroom and a wobbly toilet seat in one loo, both mentioned on departure, but didn't detract
