A great, well equipped and comfortable place, in a handy location. Would recommend!

The owner met us and gave us helpful information in the house and area. Lots of local information waa available in the house too. We were gifted local bar and sweets too- a nice touch. Great having the terrace and secure parking too.

Apartment had everything we needed and made our stay easy and comfortable

Walking distance from the town and train station making it easy to not have to use a car all the time. With being able to put the car in the garage too so no hassle for parking. Area was quiet too

Lovely spacious accommodation, fantastic sun terrace, off street parking was a big plus and it’s within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

There isn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, although a hook on the bath wall, to hold the over bath shower head up would be a great addition.

Good property for walking access to Arras with parking

Clean, comfortable and spacious property within walking distance of Arras centre and a nice terrace overlooking the park.

Front bedroom suffers from road noise as the windows look onto the street. Access to the garage from the street is over a high kerb as there is no lowered section in front of the garage.

Everything, it was in an excellent location and was of superb quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nothing it was all superb. If I was to be nit picky I would say the stairs are a challenge for the infirm.

great stay, great location 8 min walk to centre with restaurants, bars, bistros,

location, great accommodation has a private garage with electric roller shutter door, great kitchen and lounge with large tv our uk fire stick worked, free wifi. small supermarket 2min walk away. very quite area next to large duck pond. bedrooms on ground floor, upstairs open planned kitchen, lounge and large out door seating area with table and parasol. Arras friendly place, location good for Somme, also has train station 15min walk away with links to Paris, Lille and Amiens for day trips. Owner met us on arrival lovely old boy never spoke a word of English and gave us a goody bag on departure.

The property was spacious and comfortable and would have been big enough for three couples. We appreciated the terrace and the central location as well as the secure parking (big enough for two estate cars).

Fabulous property, great location, lovely hosts.

The house was modern and spacious with everything we required. The kitchen was well equipped and there was ample towels. Good shower, 2 bathrooms, lots of storage space for clothes etc. There was a secure garage beneath the property. The host was friendly and brought us croissants, chocolates and cheeses when we left. The location was perfect, a quiet suburb, 10 minutes walk from the centre.

Excellent accommodation in a great location

The property was modern, clean and had lots of nice little touches, such as salt, cling film etc. Contrary to the property description the bed linen was supplied and there were 3 bedrooms not 2 (a bonus as we’d expected the 5th member of our group to have to use the sofa bed). The view from the front of the property was fab and the integral garage was very useful, especially given that the parking around the property seemed busy. The property was an easy 10 or so minute walk into the interesting centre of Arras, with a great bakery and a small but well stocked supermarket a few minutes walk away (and a frites van just up the street, with excellent chips!). When we arrived we were shown around the property and given a number of information leaflets and maps relating to Arras and the area around, which was really helpful in planning our stay. We thoroughly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again if we plan another trip to the area!

Would have been nice to have a toilet in the downstairs en-suite and a hand basin in the upstairs cloakroom but these were not big issues and did not detract from the property or our stay.
