Nice apartment for an overnight stop

Nice apartment with secure parking. Just what we needed for an overnight stop on our way home.

Apartment was a bit basic. No shower gel, bare light bulb in the bedroom.

I would stay again if in Arras

A modern clean flat with all the facilities you could need for a short stay. Secure off-road parking a bonus. A short walk to the Wellington Tunnels and about 20 minutes to the town squares. On a bus route if feeling lazy. Aldi supermarket is a two minute walk away.

Some of the entry communications are in French and I did have problems gaining access but was sorted through Booking in the end. The key box has an open button on both sides to press simultaneously, as one is out of sight, this halted progress for a little while until brain engaged.

Great value for money

Clear arrival instructions, the secure parking was a great bonus, the apartment was extremely clean, opposite an Aldi which was so handy for supplies and it was only a 15 minute walk to the main square, it ticked all the boxes for our nights stay before we travelled back to England.

Great Shower and apartment clean and tidy. Secure parking

very few kitchen utensils and only 1 shelf in the oven . Heating up a couple of pizzas was a challenge! Bed linen made the bed rather hot in summer; unable to connect laptop to Wi-Fi using given password although QR code scan did connect phones.

Séjour très agréable

la pièce principale spacieuse est donc très agréable , super de pouvoir garer la voiture dans le parking privé (fermé par une grille) devant l'appartement, l'ensemble de l'appartement est très agréable et confortable

L'appartement est un peu loin du centre (environ 25 minutes à pied de la grande place des Héros) et en rez de chaussée sur une avenue assez passante donc un peu bruyant, donc difficile d'avoir les fenêtres ouvertes. En ce qui concerne la literie du lit de la chambre, la protection du matelas mériterait d'être changée, elle est déchirée et pas très propre.

De locatie, met eigen parkeerplaats en op korte afstand van winkels is prima als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Verder een eenvoudige maar afdoende uitrusting.

Niet echt tegenvallend, maar de woning ligt aan een doorgaande weg. Houdt rekening met het geluid van het verkeer. Let ook op de afstand naar het centrum: lopend ben je zo 15 á 20 minuten onderweg.

Первый этаж. За окном дорога и пешеходная дорожка. Всегда закрытые занавески. Вообщем было комфортно.

Logement bruyant, pas très isolè phoniquement

Les seuls points positifs étaient la récupération facile des clés avec des instructions claires et le parking privé

Notre séjour dans cet appartement à Arras a été très décevant. Le chauffage n'était pas allumé à notre arrivée, rendant le logement difficile à chauffer. Le chauffe-eau est trop petit pour trois personnes, ce qui compliquait les douches. Le canapé était inconfortable, aussi bien pour s'asseoir que pour dormir. De plus, le logement est mal isolé phoniquement. Les voisins ont fait du bruit de 2h30 à 5h du matin, parlant fort et nous empêchant de dormir. La cafetière ne fonctionnait pas et la propreté laissait à désirer : l'éponge et la serpillière fournies étaient sales. Je ne recommande pas, surtout pour un séjour confortable ou au calme.
