Nothing at all. The pictures did not reflect the actual condition of the apartment

Extremely dirty: everything was dusty, there was a glass under the bed, and the shower didn’t work properly. It was impossible to walk barefoot because the floor felt dirty everywhere

Very good accommodation for an overnight stay.

Very spacious and clean accommodation. Private parking was excellent. - invisible from the road and behind a locked gate. There is an Aldi store just across the road where we bought a microwaveable evening meal and breakfast.

Access to the lock box was tricky, the numbers were hard to turn accurately and the buttons each side needed to be pressed simultaneously. Front door to the building was difficult to operate as the handle needed to be forced right up to vertical before the key would turn. Both these facts could have been incorporated into the email from the owner. No tea towel nor dishwasher tablets provided for washing up.

Good value for a stopover stay. Clean, with good facilities. Plenty of hot water in the shower etc. Free parking is always a bonus.

Shame there was no working plug for kitchen sink (or a bowl for washing up).

The place was ok but could have been cleaner and instructions on how to operate things.

It would be helpful to have instructions on opening the doors as well as using the hob. We don’t have doors like these so it took us a long time to open the doors. The oven was filthy with burnt food on the bottom and the inside of the kettle and pots were terrible.

Basic but considering the price it's excellent value. Will stay again.

The apartments were perfect for what we needed, good amount of space and excellent value. The location's only a 25 minute walk from the main square which was ideal after a long drive. Having somewhere secure for the car was reassuring. The showers were good as was the coffee machine. We'll definitely stay again.

The decor was a bit tired and the blind was stuck on which meant it fell off but there were shutters so it didn't matter much. Some cigarette smells too but there were scented reeds which helped

A one night stop off to see Arras

Secure parking. Close to town. Nice tips for sightseeing. Powerful shower. Modern minimalist, stylish.

No hair dryer? Dirty coffee machine. Worried about shower fitting to wall as wobbly. Synthetic bedding and the towels were rolled up nicely on bed but still slightly damp! VERY hot as it was still 27°C outside at bedtime. We opened windows later but traffic on D917 was non stop and so loud. Lorries were very fast and noisy. We never realised this was a main road.

Lovely apartment

Lovely clean apartment with secure parking. Supermarket nearby, which is a bonus. Washing machine also at the property if you are staying more than a night or two. It's very light and airy with big windows. Beds were comfortable also, so we all had a good night sleep. Two very minor things to note, towels included but very small possibly more of a preference but bath sheets would be beneficial especially when walking from bathroom to the bedrooms as the windows are large and can be seen from across the street. The kitchen was generally well equipped, but there were no oven trays or not that we could find, so cooking in the oven was tricky. It didn't affect our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area, so would recommend a visit. The apartment is located upstairs so may not be suitable if you have particular mobility needs. Thanks for having us

Host not honest. No compensation.

The parking was good. It was easy to walk to the centre in 20 minutes. It was close to Wellington Tunnels - a must see. There is a grocery store nearby.

Normally, I don't write about small things that went wrong, but I will because of bad treatment by the host. I booked a two-bedroom apt with my friend, and paid in January. Upon arrival, it was one bedroom. The host offered 60 euros back IF I gave him a good review. Never got back to me. He then claimed I had been told by Booking.com and accepted the change. Not true. Booking.com never had any communication from the host or with me about one bedroom. I see from other reviews, this has happened before. Also, when people give the host poor reviews, he BERATES them. Wow! So I slept on the couch. Found old sheet, and duvet. Sketchy pillows. Other problems? 1.We had difficulty getting in at the start. There were two doors each with a lock box. One had the address we were given, but it was the wrong door and wrong lockbox for the property. So we had to text him to explain. 2. Lock never worked easily, despite our following posted instructions. Frustrating. 3. No internet upon arrival. Had to text owner. Got username. Had to text again for password. It should have been in the apt. 4. Inadequate heat. Luckily, it was May so we were ok. 5. No instructions. Couldn't turn on stove despite being familiar with induction, had to figure out that kettle only turns on when water is cold, so can't reheat warm water. One curtain down in living room. Owner sent person to install. Thankfully, he helped us with stove. 6. No cutting board, no salt & pepper, no coat hooks, no towel hooks in bathroom, no reading lights in bedroom. Small things that could be easily fixed. No doubt a good place for one night, but missing items for longer. And beware owner. Untrustworthy.

good location, very comfy apartment, had everything we needed; the secure carpark was a big bonus; we liked the quiet neighbourhood, but the noise from the traffic directly outside was inevitable (and not unexpected)

Bed linen and towels had not been washed or replaced. Owner admitted he knew they had issues with linen company but still allowed this to happen and offered no apology. We had to wash towels and pillow cases and sleep in our old clothes. Kettle was broken.

Location and facilities were really good. The place was clean and tidy and the beds comfortable. Easy to access and to collect the keys and the secure parking was also really good.

There was no A/C nor fan and it was way too hot. even with the windows open it was almost impossible to sleep. I had a 9 months old baby with me who suffered the heat all through the night. Disappointing.
