Location, staff, secure parking, style of the apartment, and price were all great.

The very noisy neighbour during the night (midnight till 5am). I know this couldn’t be helped by my host but it really spoilt our stay.

Bathroom, bedroom and kitchen were clean and well cared for . Parking was free and close by. We had a great stay as a family of 5 . Would recommend to family and friends

Location was excellent - literally just a few seconds walk from the main square. Parking permit for the underground car park in the main square was a real bonus! Apartment was clean and had all the facilities that you would need.

Excellent,host is quick to respond to questions,parking card,for the underground town square car parking,is a huge bonus

Location of the property,is excellent,yes it is in a narrow street,but so close to both town squares,and all bars and restaurants,yet very quiet ,apartment is on the 3rd floor,so you can open all windows without worrying.

Nothing really,maybe more comfortable furniture to sit on,but then again,didn’t spend much time in there anyway.

Fabulous apartment, great host.

Jerome met us, took us to the parking and helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. The apartment is smart, stylish, comfortable and literally centre of the city. The shower was fantastic, kitchen had everything and it was cool because you could open the windows as it's third floor.

Great location in the heart of Arras

Virtually on top of La Grande Place and Place des Hero’s, this is a pleasant apartment suitable for 2. Fully equipped, quite comfortable, and the parking is a real bonus. Parking spaces in the parkade are very tight, but there are lots of spots. Located on the second floor (3rd floor for North Americans). Host is very responsive.

Our best stay in France.Beautiful apartment with "Room With a view on Belfroi". Very clean, generous host - great selection if teas and coffee, complimentary drinking water. Well designed bathroom and fully equipt kitchen. Huge bonus was free parking at Grand Place. Free WiFi. We had Superhost.10 of 10 deserved. Merci.

Great stop over after channel crossing

Really nice second floor apartment, down side road off main square. Parking is in underground carpark under the square. The owner met us at carpark entrance and showed us round. Really good stop after crossing the channel with good restaurants and pretty town.

A perfect flat in a perfect location

This flat was perfect for a one night stop for three of us. For a couple it would be fine for a longer stay. The owner, Jerome was really helpful and met us at the underground car park, where we could park at no extra cost and he insisted on helping carry the luggage to the flat which is perfectly situated, just a stone’s throw from the main square with all its lovely bars and restaurants. The flat is spotlessly clean, bright, well equipped and very nicely designed. Although our French is terrible, Jerome was able to give us all the necessary information . We would love to stay here again.

The location couldn't be better. It was right in the centre, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful squares. It was clean, comfortable and perfect in every way. Jerome made every effort to make sure our stay was good.

Location brilliant. Jerome very helpfull and kind even though my french is poor. Parking close by and under cover. Appartment had everything we needed. I hope to visit again before long. The rail station is within easy walking distance and operates good services for visiting nearby towns.

I liked everything about the appartment. I think it OK for 2 and perhaps a child but no more than that as the other beds were a sofa and chair in the lounge area that convert to beds.

Perfect location in centre of Arras. We were in touch with Jérôme who manages the apartment from the time we booked and he met us there as we arrived, showed us round and arranged secure garaging for our tandem bicycle. He also came at very short notice when we had a problem with the key to the apartment. The apartment itself is well equipped and in a very quiet street

Great host of a terrific property.

Jerome was an excellent host; he helped us with everything including arranging and guiding us to the parking space and helping us with luggage. The property was well appointed, neat and perfectly located. We were particularly grateful, as this was a very late booking, due to a mishap at the property we had initially booked which necessitated a cancellation. Jerome took us in at short notice and couldn't have been more helpful.

Superb modern apartment, right in the centre of Arras. Parking was possible in the street outside, or on the Grand Place, first hour free with ticket, then free overnight from 18.00 to 09.00. All facilities provided in the apartment. Personal service from our hosts for arrival and departure.
