L'aménagement, la proximité avec les commerces, la gare, les restaurants.
Le chauffage un peu trop faible (17-20 degré), mais je viens d'un pays chaud.

L’emplacement
Sommes très déçus. Deux serviettes de moyenne taille en tout et pour tout, pas de serviette à main. Pas de tapis de douche. Four très sale et plateau gras. Pas nettoyé. 1/4 de rouleau de papier Wc pour 2 personnes pour 3 jours. Placard inutilisable et dangereux: porte coulissante cassée…la boîte à clés attachée à la poignet de porte. Très handicapant à chaque entrée et sortie. Ai dû appeler pour les codes wifi. Toute une procédure avec la box pour récupérer les codes. Un manuel simple serait utile. Dommage
