N/A - Cancelled the night before we were due to arrive. Alternative accommodation was offered which we took as it was better than being left short. That said, the owner was fine to deal with throughout

Attended to the noted location only to find out via text from "someone" that we had to go to another location to get the keys for entry. That location was a gated apartment complex and it soon became apparent that we had be given a fraud location, including paying for a room that didn't exist.

I on the afternoon of arrival I received a message that the key was in a safe at a location about 1 kilometer from the apartment, very strange. I traveled by car but what if you travel by public transport? The procedure should be presented at the time of booking, II Apartment is next to a pub. The noise of the pub can be heard in such a way that sleeping is not possible. So if you want to sleep before 0100 hours, you better not book this apartment

Location close to the square is good. Lots of eating options nearby, and close to parking.

The space was ok, but there were a few maintenance issues that could be addressed to make it a more enjoyable stay. One of the kitchen lights does not work, there was a shortage of toilet paper that I brought to the owner’s attention but this went unresolved. Had we stayed another day we’d have had to buy our own. The TV also did not work.

thé apartment is lovely and in a very good location close to the town square. lots of shopping and restaurants. beautiful big windows that open onto a pedestrian street below.

having to pick up keys several blocks from the apartment. it is very inconvenient to arrive into a new city, very complicated downtown area with so many one way streets and then you need to go get the keys a km. and a half from apartment. bizarre! also. very noisy nightclub next door!

Couldn't work the coder (because didn't recognise it but host was home and gave me the keys. Information on WiFi code didn't work as it was illegible and some letters had disappeared. Otherwise excellent.

The keys were located in a lockbox a few kilometres away, wasn't an issue for us as we had a rental car but for those travelling by public transport it would have been an extra nuisance.

great location

over an EXTREMELY loud bar partying to 230 AM street sweepers at 630 am including weekends no hand soap or hand towels watered down dish soap to wash hands and dishes slow draining tub owner doesn’t respond much to inquiries but the best is for last, the key is at another location across town which is a run down, not so nice area. you don’t find this out until your arrival instructions are sent . wifi password is smudged and can’t make it out and no response from owner.

Very stylish apartment. Comfortable beds and a good city centre location.

The wifi was not available. This was not a problem for us as we were just using the apartment to sleep. There was a noisy bar underneath, but it did not stop us sleeping

Much to improve here.

location, decor

Basic cleaning was okay so sinks, bath, floor etc was okay but around the corners, lots of dirty untouched areas, bathroom door quite dirty, only one towel left out for three people. luckily we found the cupboard where they keep the towels and bedding but all towels smelled bad (musty, not well dried smell). The bathroom door was a sliding door but once in the wall the hook used to close again was broken and came out in your hand so difficult to pull the door out again in order to close it. The key was left in a box too high for me to enter the code (I am 1.60m) and is a 5 minutes drive away from the room. luckily I came by car. When we arrived- the room looked occupied, there was a bag on the table and towels drying everywhere. We called someone and they came to sort it out. So quite a lot to work on here.

Nice large apartment, very close to the city centre. Very clean and well laid out.

Host didn't answer phone, but replied with a text message to get the key at a key box elsewhere in the city. When we got there, the box was empty. Phoned again, still no answer, and then someone sneaked out of the front door and started messing with the key box. After asking, finally got the keys. The apartment is in an area closed to traffic, so offloading luggage is quite impractical, especially since the nearest parking space is rather limited. The apartment is directly above a bar, quite a lot of noise is present, even with the double windows closed. When we entered, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Clean, contemporary and central. Good shower and bathroom.

The main bedroom had no natural light or ventilation, so very hot. There was no air conditioning and only one fan in the entire flat. As the flat was above a bar it meant that when you opened the windows to get air in you had the noise from the bar at night and delivery trucks in the morning. There was no freezer section to the fridge. The apartment manager was not helpful and although he greeted us on arrival he did not come back when we left which meant that we could not load up the car outside the building but had to park at the end of the street. We also asked about renting the bicycles mentioned on the website but were fobbed off on the tourist office. We have come across so many helpful hotel and apartment representatives on this road trip but this was not one of them. The common parts of the building were dark and dingy.

Exceptional

Apartment was a very short stroll to the square. It was spotlessly clean and very stylish. It was well equipped and the bathroom was spacious and shower over bath had very good flow. Nice towels good linen and a very comfortable bed. What not to like!! Marcel was extremely helpful, took me to parking helped with restaurant suggestions, good host.

L'appartement est parfait et stylé ! Les lits sont très confortables, propres, neufs ! l'hôte est super sympa et arrangeant, je recommande à 100% ! Les petites capsules de café, le sèche-cheveux et lisseur à cheveux étaient des petites attentions qu'on apprécie beaucoup :).

Большая, красивая квартира в центре городка, прямо у площади, возле ратуши. Много мебели, есть вся необходимая бытовая техника и посуда. Красивое, центральное место, высокие потолки, балкончик, отличная локация, от вокзала пешком 5 минут.

Постельное белье было грязное, но персонал откликнулся на наше сообщение и принесли новое. Квартира отличная, но ей не хватает более качественной уборки. Если бы была хорошая уборка, то квартира была бы просто бомба. За ключами надо идти минут 15, чтобы взять их в боксе. Внизу бар, но там шумели только одну ночь до 2 ч, в другие ночи было тихо.
