I would definitely stay there again.

The flat was located in the centre of the old town just a few minutes walk away from the Place des Héros and the Grand’Place. The sofa bed was very comfortable as well as the double bed in the bedroom. It had a charming patio and garden which would be a lovely place to sit in the summer.

For a visit in the Winter time, a more effective heating system would have been appreciated.

Super séjour.

Emplacement idéal, en plein centre ville et avec parking privé. C'est un gros plus. Contact facile et remise des clés rapide. Les personnes sont très sympathiques. Le logement était suffisamment spacieux pour notre groupe (2 adultes et un jeune enfant), il ne manquait de rien. Nous reviendrons ici si nous repassons par Arras.

Rien, tout répondait parfaitement à nos besoins.

Centrale ligging, privé-parkeerplaats, uitstekend bed en bedbank. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Complete inrichting.

Er is geen WiFi, dat wisten we van te voren. Niet gemist trouwens. Wat sfeer- of dimbaar licht in de woonkamer zou een verbetering zijn.

La situation près des places et le parking sécurisé.

La douche non accessible aux personnes corpulentes. Absence de grille pain (non remplacé suite à une panne dixit le propriétaire). Matelas un peu mou.

L’emplacement à 5 min à pied du centre d’Arras et de la place des Héros Le parking privée sécurisé est un plus

Le manque d’équipement (table basse par exemple) et les équipements mis en place de piètre qualité (télévision, douche très étroite, matelas très mou) La terrasse pour deux personnes qui est très restreinte et sans intimité L’absence de Wifi qui serait un plus non négligeable Le ménage qui aurait pu être plus poussé au vu du prix (l’aspirateur n’a pas été passé avant notre arrivée)

Superbe appartement au coeur de la vieille ville, il est idéalement situé pour les visites. L'appartement est bien équipé avec une vue sur le jardin, et est spacieux pour un séjour. Le parking sécurisé en face de la résidence est un atout car facile d'accès.

L'ouverture d'angle de la douche est exiguë.

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke locatie.

De locatie is top, midden in het centrum van Arras op een paar minuten lopen van de markt. Helemaal fijn is de privé parkeerplaats. Ook is het heel rustig. Je hebt een slaapkamer met goed 2-persoons bed en in de ruime woonkamer staat nog een ruim uitklapbed die verrassend comfortabel is. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig: ruim keukenblok met apparatuur, aparte wc en een kleinere badkamer met een wat kleine douche en handdoeken en beddengoed. Ook is er een goed onderhouden, niet te grote tuin met eigen terrasje waar je in de middagzon kunt zitten.

Eigenlijk beviel alles goed. De douche is inderdaad klein, maar voor mensen met normaal postuur goed te doen. De doorgang tussen de douche-deuren is wat smal.
