7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
The location was excellent. It's right on an historical square with lots of places to eat, pubs and cafes. It was a short walk to the train station and several of the sights in Arras. I would recommend it based on the loaction.
They sent an email to us requiring additional information. When I tried to fill out the form several of the fields did not work. I tried emailing the hosts several times but they did not respond even when asked for confirmation our booking was still good. The kitchen could have been better stocked with larger pots and other items like a simple cutting board.

Apart from being very clean and modern the apartment is Right in the middle of Place des Héros and 60 metres from the Grand Place. Great location.

The apartment was advertised and booked as entirely on ground floor yet the bedroom and bathroom were up 16 steep stairs!
