Ideal for mid-stay, close to city center and a parc where you can run ;-)

Well located, clean accommodation, big bed, enough facilities to eat on site, good WIFI speed, easy communication with the owner. As on the pictures. Easy to walk to city center. Close to a city parc for runners and sport lovers. Hot water easily and quickly.

People sensitive to noise, do not choose the apartment. Old house with a poor soundproof isolation. I was able to hear the family downstairs and the shower of my upstairs neighbour :-) My stay was during summer holidays, soi I am not sure how it is during the school time as it is surrounded by schools. The apartment has been refreshed, but it still presents some imperfection which might not be ok for those people. The mattress is very soft, but was ok for me.

Disappointing.

The photos on booking.com make it seem that the rooms were in a new or renovated building. However, the stairs were very old, extremely narrow and winding. There were no hand railings. As we were originally to stay on second floor we found it too difficult to climb to the apartment. We are both pensioners (average age 73). In the event of an emergency I doubt we could escape. Also the heating wasn't working. Cutlery was incomplete and didn't look too hygienic. We contacted Monsieur the owner about the stairs but found him unhelpful. It was only when we contacted booking.com that we were able to have the apartment on the first floor. Thank you!

En arrivant à 16h il faisait froid dehors et pas de chauffage à notre arrivée. L'appartement était froid.

Accessoires manquants bouilloire, grille pain et une senseo à la place de la photo sur le détail de la location. Appartement non insonorisé bruits au-dessus assez marquants. Et surtout dans le hall d'entrée. Sinon le coin est agréable avec un grand square pour promener notre toutou. L'appartement est bien placé près du centre ville.

Dommage, y a du potentiel !

Douche impeccable. Logement Pratique car situé à 1,3 kms du centre.

Un petit coup de rafraîchissement s impose. Remettre au blanc d urgence, c est sale. De grosses toiles de poussière au mur. Et question déco, pas grand chose, juste une horloge qui ne fonctionnait pas. Et lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il faisait froid, le chauffage n était pas allumé (un 20 décembre).

Accès à l appartement trop abrupt très peu de vaisselles et vieillotte aspirateur ne fonctionne pas descendre pour aller chercher le matériel de nettoyage table de cuisine trop haute linge de toilette insuffisant . Mettre dans l annonce pas pour personnes âges nous sommes partis plus tôt prix excessif

Pas de contact humain. Pas de linge de maison à l’arrivée. Très mauvaise isolation sonore entre les logements de cet immeuble. Literie très moyenne.

Emplacement calme Literie correcte plutôt spacieux pour 1 ou 2 personnes

Equipements pas conformes à ce qui était écrit à savoir pas de grille pains ni de bouilloire, pas de télé et il n'était pas mentionné qu'il y avait 2 escaliers raides ( avec valise et chargé : un peu compliqué !! )
