Lovely big room

Nice big room, very clean, good kitchen, comfortable bed, room was nice and warm, plenty shops, pubs and restaurants nearby.

Main light didn't work in room, not a big issue as there was a bedside lamp. Parking was difficult had to go quite a bit up the road to find a space then carry bags down in the rain. Feel sorry for the cleaner as some guests left dirty wet towels on bathroom floor and left toilet unclean.

The location was perfect only for the fact that there was a convenience store and a pub just across the road.

Conveniently located but no ensuite.

Location was convenient for my needs. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Kettle and teabags provided. reasoably quiet for a shared house. key safe instructions were clear.

Not clear that parking was not provided, but on-street, with all attendant risks. No ensuite. No in-room plumbing. No staff. no lightling near the mirror, rendering it difficult to use.

Practical.

Location close to the delightful Tynemouth town centre and waterfront. Lovely beaches . About a 25 min walk but lovely destination - Riley’s fish shack on the beach and a great view.!

A little noisy with cars on the street but not much can really be done - ear plugs provided which was nice but they did t really help😂 it wasn’t excessively loud though.

Room 1 small but comfy. Good shower, comfy bed and can leave door open to small courtyard for dog. Good kitchen available . Great staff Lumi was very helpful and friendly Dog friendly a big plus.

Great value for money, spotlessly clean.

Everywhere was spotlessly clean and freshly decorated. we hadn’t realised there would be shared bathroom facilities but they were next to our room and we saw no other guests during our stay so it was almost like en-suite but remember to bring your own shower gel and toiletries as they aren’t provided. The shared kitchen came as a bonus and came equipped with some cutlery crockery, glasses a fridge and a microwave. The lodgings were on a main road junction which was quite busy and noisy most of the day. There was no parking at the lodgings but plenty of space on adjacent streets. We thought the price was excellent value for money and we would recommend west beck house without hesitation.

Net curtains for privacy would have been an improvement also a hairdryer.
