Great communication and easy access to the property, room was ideal for our purpose, was clean and had everything we required, would definitely stay again, bed was soooo comfortable.
Absolutely no issues at all, only tiny niggle if I have to write one, but it literally is only my personal issue, was could have done with more milk with the tea and coffee, see said it was only tiny issue, but honestly this is my only niggle lol, it shows what a great place this was for our needs, but there is a well equipped kitchen downstairs and if we were staying longer we would have used this using their fridge

Immaculately clean throughout, nice big room, perfect temperature, very comfortable bed, good wifi, great kitchen with everything needed, powerful shower, lovely staff.
No hairdryer in room but apart from that it was a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location was convenient for my needs. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Kettle and teabags provided. reasoably quiet for a shared house. key safe instructions were clear.
Not clear that parking was not provided, but on-street, with all attendant risks. No ensuite. No in-room plumbing. No staff. no lightling near the mirror, rendering it difficult to use.
