Clean and tidy.
Business security online hacked and compromised demanding to pay in full.
No explanation or discount, I had to cancel my card as it was compromised.
I traveled up from Portsmouth, explained I would be late as it’s a 5hr trip, I was asked if I could set off earlier in the day to make check in time. This was not possible after attending a funeral and picking up my son from school.
Check out wasn’t explained properly and the host walked straight in to our room without knocking, I had a child getting dressed.
The area is unsafe.
