The room was clean and comfortable.

The location was perfect and parking outside the front door was free.

Two keypads at the front door was confusing. The beds were a bit small for large people. The shower cubicle was very tight for large people.

It’s a great comfortable room with great facilities, and a great selection of restaurants nearby

Drunk, violent ,people spoiled stay

Room, decor, facilities, location

Other guests, causing disturbance , violent language 2 nights, drunk. dirtied kitchen. Police called by other guest on 2nd night. Police entered building & confronted couple. Spoiled a lovely 2 days . Loved the building

The kitchen is clean and very well equipped Location is good There is beautiful sitting room with bar , little fridge and some playing equipment

The code of the front door wasn't working at all The telephone lady who was answering us has no experience and no knowledge at all of what's going on. She kept repeating the code numbers for more than half an hour presuming we are too stupid to understand , until we insist to speak somebody els

Didn’t really get to experience the stay because we didn’t get the right room

Good location. Clean and tidy.

Was unable to get access to the room booked for 2 hours, then was provided a smaller room which meant I had to sleep on the floor. I have an autistic child which means they were a very difficult 2 hours.

Clean, enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

The facilities were great. The games room was a real bonus and it’s an unmanned guest house so the first night we had it all to ourselves which was nice. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was nice and clean. Easy access to both the beach and town.

The shower wasn’t great but apart from that it was good. We would stay again.

Very good

Free parking on the street if you can find a space. Great location central to everything in South sheilds. Nicely decorated rooms and the games room is really good. Very unique!

Not much not to like very minor things was Shower is small but does the job and is actually powerful. The room was warm on our stay and would benefit from a fan. Rubbish bin is tiny in room, but there is a bigger bin in the kitchen. There is no tea/coffee in the room but is available downstairs in the kitchen.

The beds were not very comfortable & could feel the springs through the mattress The decor was dark and dated The shower cubicle was very small The toilet was very low The room was clean - but had odour of damp & stale cigarette smoke

Very pleasant trip

Excellent family room with comfortable beds . Games room Excellent for my 11 and 14 year old sons to play darts , pool and arcade games . Plenty of takeaways in area to eat in .

Unmanned guest house, would not advise staying with children

First night great Second night there were problematic guests. Fire alarm set off, shouting , screaming, banging & moving furniture until 3am. Horrific & down right scary. I did not know this was an unmanned guest house. It’s been a scary experience, particularly with young children. Unable to contact anyone to assist. Such a shame, based on last night I would have left an excellent review

The property was close to amenities and beach The room was comfortable and met our needs and was fairly priced for what it offered. The kitchen was nice and clean and is nicely decorated The children enjoyed the games room and it was nicely decorated

Tea and Coffee choices poor, no sugar available this should just be a basic expectation Extension plug for the TV over a hot radiator, I was worried about it over heating. The shower seemed blocked, water took ages to go down. No staff on site, which I didn’t realise when I booked.

Praktycznie nic. Jedyny pozytywny punkt, to odbieranie rozmów telefonicznych przez pracownika firmy, który przekazywał zdalnie instrukcje.

Bardzo wysoka cena w stosunku do jakości usług. Instrukcje dotyczące wejścia zostały wysłane zbyt późno. Bardzo utrudnione wejście do budynku i pokoju. Bardzo mała łazienka. Jedynie podstawowe wypozażenie.
