Nice big room, huge tv, desk, chair, clothes hanger, armchair, tea,coffee in room, good wifi, clean throughout, powerful shower, close to shops.
Guests in room 5 & 6 must've been friends or relatives as they were talking really loud and shouting of each other from there own room. The gentleman in room 5 was really loud on telephone making it difficult to relax and sleep. No hairdryer in room.

Clean room, good location for North Shields Centre, staff were helpful when we had trouble with the door when returing from the wedding we attended.
Can get a little noisey when otehr guests are using the bathroom or kitchen..

Very spacious comfortable room. Location was great as it was near family. Pub, restaurant & takeaways nearby & nice Co-op at the other end of the street. Kitchen facilities with microwave, cooker & washing machine as well as dishes, pots & pans & cutlery.I would stay again as very convenient for me despite not having an ensuite bathroom.
Shared facilities could do with a deep clean especially the doors in bathroom & kitchen units. The toilet & wash hand basin however were clean but the bath & shower screen could do with a good scrub & bar soaps thrown out as appeared to have been on the shower caddy for a while. Bath mat needs replaced.

Place is immaculate, nice big room, huge tv, very comfortable bed, really friendly staff, kitchen equipped with everything needed, powerful shower, good wifi, tea coffee and biscuits in room, good location, a great stay as usual.
No hairdryer in room. Apart from that everything was perfect.
