Room was dated and needs refurbishing. Cracked floor tiles damaged bath panel rust on towel rail etc. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve slept in, you could feel the springs and it was hard. The wall sockets only worked when the lights were on, handy if you wanted to charge anything overnight. Really poor experience.

We checed in and there was a loud noise at hotel because of a party. Rooms were 13degrees cold. We tried to immediately cancel second night of the reservation but Hotel refused to do so and Hotels.com didnt help us much

The room was freezing cold on arrival. Maintenance guy sorted it but the the second day someone turned off all our heating again and it was cold. No hairdryer in room.
