The both rooms were lovely and the staff were lovely and breakfast was lovely
Our tv wasn't working so had to get that sorted than we had no heating was offered a heater but their couldn't find one so we moved rooms late at night

Beautiful hotel, just need helpful staff to explain what to expect during stay.
The accommodation was clean. We had Sunday dinner in the hotel, it was amazing. Breakfast was very good.
The reception on arrival didn’t tell us anything. The only thing that let the hotel down was we were not told there won’t be any hot food in the evening. We were offered a choice of sandwiches.

Little Haven Hotel
Location great.
Asked for an accessibility room, I was disappointed with the room as I needed a walk in shower. I had a shower over the bath which I couldn't use as I can't climb into the bath. I had the same room as other members in the group that I went with and I paid £290 and my friends paid £252!!!, The room I had you can't say it was accessible as I didn't have a walk in shower!! Not a happy customer.

staff party, restaurant closed, few staff with mixed knowledge of what was happening. Breakfast staff were asleep
