It was nice the guy let us check in early and it was such a nice house with everything in it so good for the price
What I didn’t like such the door sometimes was a pain to open but maybe it was just me 🤣

Property was clean , just undergone renovation from what we could see

Chip shop and pub nearby
We were there to work at the harbour but it would be a great base for a holiday in that area

Very spacious house, all amenities provided such as kitchen equipment, selection of towels, and bath products. There is a beautiful dining room with place settings ready to go on a six-seater table, with pool and table football tables in the living room. Parking in front of the garage is available for a small car, the location is about 20minutes walk from the metro station and 25minutes in the other direction for the ferry.
The carpets could have benefited from a vacuum before I arrived, and as at Sept ‘25 the house is currently under decoration and revamping, but those are not reasons not to stay here.

Location is good.
The entire place is poorly cleaned and maintained. It gives the impression that someone bought an old person’s house, quickly shopped at charity stores and IKEA to set it up, and is trying to make a quick profit. The bathroom is filthy and doesn't even have a towel hook. All the game equipment is broken: from the pool table to foosball to darts. Nothing is truly functional. The last straw was a shard of broken glass in the poker chip box. There is a bad odor, old windows with drafts, window blinds, and fake plants still with tags, “fragile” stickers on the glass doors, NONE of the doors lock properly, and so on.
This could become an excellent short-term rental property if someone responsible truly cares about the guests and addresses issues.
