Nice converted house in North Shields. Bed was nice, location good and had a nice stay.

Getting in was a bit difficult as I hadn’t recieved the code, but once that was sorted all was good.

Really poor value for money

Location was fine for our needs (hence choosing it). And there was a modestly fine kitchen area to use which always seemed available to use, which is great.

It's a bit of a grim place sadly. Amenities were very basic with just a chair, a tiny rusty desk, a bed and tv. The bed felt like it would collapse at any moment and pillows were like slabs of stone. The TV was one of the most cryptic things I've ever seen and it was impossible to get onto normal tv (the instructions said to press a button on the remote that wasn't on the remote). The sound was also really bad on it. The WiFi was awful and tv shows through streaming were constantly buffering, and one of us was unable to do some work because it was so unstable (had to tether to a mobile). The noise and lights are really bad too. Part of the problem was due to the window being open the first night and we hadn't noticed simply because the window is so high up! I'm over 6ft and struggled to reach it! This meant that morning traffic woke us up. But also, people were regularly coming in and out before 8am and talking outside our window. The lights from the hall also shine through the door even with the a flimsy blind on the door. The downstairs bathroom was barely stocked with toilet roll and there was a moment when we had to use the upstairs one. And even then I just wonder if I was using other guests' toilet roll! And the shower was located upstairs, meaning you have to travel a fair bit of distance when getting out + potentially passing other random guests with just a towel on etc. And the final point to make is that this place wasn't even cheap!!

Fab location for the event we attended. Easy self check in. Room was HUGE! Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Perfect for our one night stay.

Excellent

Deji is an excellent host and the property was of an excellent standard. There was an issue with Wi-Fi which he sorted asap. His communication with guests is absolutely outstanding- one message and he responded immediately and resolved the issue with the Wi-Fi.
