"Location was fantastic for our cycling. It also meant we could have a delicious meal and drink after our day cycling. Staff were very friendly and attentive."

Breakfast and dinners were extremely good, the staff were great and the rooms were bigger than average hotel rooms.
It would have been useful to have somewhere to hang our wet things and put our walking boots - we did have some rain and it is the west of Scotland!

The location was very good. The hotel had an excellent bar with an ample selection of beers, wines and spirits to satisfy any weary traveller. The dinner menu was very good which also included a blackboard with a variety of Chef's Specials. The food was very good and well presented with ample portions. The breakfast menu was extremely adequate with good portions. All in all a very pleasant stay'
At dinner I asked for my steak to be cooked Medium to Rare unfortunately it was cooked Medium to Well Done.

I enjoyed the restaurant where families and visitors enjoy local produce
The green room. Twin beds placed against the wrong wall. Terribly thin mattress. Have a bruised hip for evidence. Wi-Fi rubbish. Had to leave property to download programmes for an evening entertainment.
