Great location . Also very quiet.
Hot water in tap was not warm but yo be fair they were waiting for the gas man to sort it out. Power shower was fine . Not a huge bathroom for larger folk but fine for us .

Great location close to the ferry terminal, with great views. Excellent cooked breakfast. Use of a fridge and provision of plates and cutlery for takeaways a big bonus. Charlotte very friendly and helpful host.
En-suite was very small but understandable as this is an old property so difficult to modify.

Good on site parking. Good WiFi.
We stayed in the twin room and it was not clear when booking that the bathroom was not en suite. It was a walk down the corridor which was a nuisance for my elderly mother. The bedroom smelt and felt damp. The bathroom was satisfactory with an electric shower but was damp so the towels did not dry out. Overall, I thought it was over priced but equally was cheaper than other options.
