The location was central to Brodick, The breakfast was excellent and lovely views from the dining area.
Our shower was a bit temperamental sometimes to hot or to cold but we figured it out eventually. It could have been us or a water pressure issue.

Breakfast in the adjoining cafe was always good and owners of that were always very helpful.
The bay view from room1 was lovely, and the location near the ferry terminal was convenient, especially when return was cancelled.
We need not add to negative comments about the condition of the guest house made in other reviews. It clearly needs a lot of work and time. Pity, it could be lovely. We had to book late when there was little choice and did not see the owner after check-in.
