Location, comfortable room effective radiator the room was warm a good accessible bathroom, lift. Most of the staff were very good.
The music in the restaurant was much too loud. Forget having a conversation with your dining partner. Nowhere to put any toiletries in the accessible bathroom. The waitress repeatedly referred to us as “guys” some training needed - if they have to use the plural then “folks” would be better. I didn’t like being treated like an old person with no brain when I explained that their Internet wasn’t working and their router needed rebooting. I was shown in a very slow voice as if I was a simpleton that I could see that the wee symbol at the top of the screen on my iphone showed that it was working as if I didn’t know. I tried to explain that yes I was connected to their router but their router wasn’t connected to the Internet and needed rebooting but this fell on deaf ears until we spoke to someone else the following morning who listened.
