Good value for money. We had a great stay 3 nights for New Year’s Eve celebrations Cardiff.

Clean, free parking, nice kitchen, good size for family. Walking distance to the town center. Handy convenience stores and eateries in the area.

The neighborhood was not the best, some rubbish on the streets. But this was not a big problem.

NEVER AGAIN . STAY AWAY FOR YOUR WELLBEING

I did not like anything 1) the outside was uninhabitable by humans in an ideal world as its dirty and unkempt. 2) the house has a bad odour to it. 3) cold 🥶, no good heating and no form of support. 4) called the team and owners , they reject your calls , and don't care about your feelings, your health, and your safty. 5) dirty cold bedsheets and couches 6) I am disappointed in booking.com for allowing such a host in its platform

I was extremely disappointed with this property and would strongly advise others to avoid it. From arrival, the experience was poor. The outside of the property was dirty, unkempt, and felt uninhabitable, giving an immediate sense of neglect and lack of care. Inside, the house had a persistent bad odour, which made the stay uncomfortable from the outset. The property was also very cold, with inadequate heating and no meaningful support provided to address this, despite concerns being raised. Attempts to contact the host and management team were unsuccessful. Calls were ignored, and there was a clear lack of concern for guest wellbeing, health, or safety. This absence of basic communication is unacceptable. The condition of the furnishings was particularly concerning. Bedsheets and couches were dirty, which raises serious hygiene concerns and falls far below any reasonable standard of accommodation. Overall, this property does not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, comfort, or safety. I am also disappointed that Booking.com allows a host of this standard to operate on its platform, as the experience was far below what is advertised or acceptable. This stay caused significant discomfort and distress, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Terrible do not stay here.

The location was very run down. I would not recommend a lone female walking there. Run down properties, closed shops, homeless people and a lot of graffiti.

as above in addition the property itself is disgusting, not at all as described and in my opinion should be removed from the site under the Trades Description Act and the Property Mis-description Act. The place is dirty. The shower runs cold if the next door neighbour is also in the shower. The oven and freezer were disgusting. The towels must have been out a skip. I could go on! We asked on arrival for fresh towels - they did not appear. There is trash inside the entrance to the building which is a fire risk. There is no light on the stair and the handrail is loose. Our 'Safety Deposit' of £100 has not been returned and the Director Liam Taylor has not answered any calls or emails I believe we have been scammed.

If you have standards, avoid!

Good location for getting in to Cardiff.

This apartment is located in a dirty/drug den area of the city. People were chatting loudly outside the windows for hours at night as the shop below seems to be a social club too. The apartment was badly maintained and dirty. As you approach the door there is rubbish and rubbish bags. Only enough seating for a couple of people for dining and the sofa. The second bedroom door was off its hinges, so couldn’t be closed (which is illegal due to fire safety regulations). The pots in the cupboards were dirty (not washed before being put back). The shower was mouldy and there was poo on the bathroom wall. The mattresses needed replacing about twenty years ago. Not enough cutlery for the number of guests it accommodates. Genuinely awful.

Would definitely recommend

Brilliant price for a very comfortable and tidy apartment. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the outside but as soon as I was inside that all changed. Only a 20 minute walk to the city centre. Would definitely stay here again.

The only minor issue I had was the fact that there was rubbish all over the pavement outside which I do not believe was the owner of the properties issue anyway.

Gutes Appartment für einen Kurzaufenthalt

Das Appartment hat 2 Schlafzimmer, in denen je 2 Betten standen. Unsere 2 Kinder hatten es gemütlich, für uns war das gemeinsame Bett zu schmal. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, so dass man sich hier auch selber verpflegen konnte. Das WLan konnte man kostenfrei nutzen. Den Schlüssel konnten wir problemlos aus einer Schlüsselbox holen. Die Anbindung an das Öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist gut und die Busse fahren regelmässig.

Leider konnten wir aufgrund Reparaturarbeiten die - eher recht kleine - Dachterasse gar nicht nutzen. Uns hat ein Schrank oder Kommode, in der man die Kleider versorgen kann, gefehlt. Es gab leider lediglich einen Kleiderständer mit Bügeln.So lebten wir aus dem Koffer, der aufgeklappt nur auf dem zweiten Bett Platz hatte.

1、入住当天楼下杂货店装修到晚上10点多，噪音一直没停； 2、没有WIFI，联系房主后回复说他会找运营商检修，然后整个入住期间没有网络； 3、设施陈旧不说，卫生极差，洗衣机边上堆放了使用过的毛巾和浴巾，转角沙发旁边的地上还散落着几个抱枕， 4、描述上说有阳台和露台，阳台没见到，通往露台的门口放着屋内唯一的一个大垃圾桶，门是被锁上根本打不开的； 5、锅具只有一个煎锅和小奶锅，都生了锈的，联系房主后给出的回答是：他的锅具都是能用的，如果不满意可以退房（我们下单时选择的是不退不改提前付款的），无奈之下只能将就一晚。
