Make sure they clean kitchen before going.

Location was really good

I wanted to like the place but upon arrival we were greeted with a disgusting odour and extremely hot property with heating on. The kitchen had not been cleaned. We found a dead bug on kitchen counter and compost with maggots and revolting smell. I tried to contact the property owner but no answer until morning. There was a fan with exposed blades, croissant wrappers in bedroom and pot smell just outside our window. We asked for 30 percent refund when they mentioned goodwill but have only been offered 50 percent of cleaning fee. I run a business and I can say no guest should ever have to clean a place on arrival, kitchen in particular. I was not going to write anything. I don’t blame the manager because he doesn’t own it . I am just really dissatisfied.

Nothing much : A few very minor maintenance issues to be resolved, i.e kitchen cupboard & top floor shower but these don't affect the overall experience Small TV Royal Stuart Lane is narrow and gridlocked at school drop off and collection times , outside these no issues

A lovely apartment, close to the waterfront and restaurants, with on-site parking.

We liked the parking on-site. We loved how close it was to the waterfront, restaurants, and Techniquest. We were three generations staying together (aged 2 to 65) and enjoyed Cardiff's diverse range of experiences. My highlight was visiting Cardiff Castle and touring the grounds and keep!

We could have planned better without choosing 19-23 December to visit Wales — the shortest days of the year with winter weather true to form.

Comfortable modern apartment near the Bay in Cardiff

Really comfy, modern apartment in a great location

The parking itself is fine but the inconsiderate parking of other people outside the property is a real problem - several people parked their cars in a way that meant it was really difficult to get out of the parking space - there should be something to physically stop people parking like like like a bollard or lines painted on the road

These are all minor things and didn't detract from our stay - It would have been good to have a TV in the bedroom, there weren't any dishwasher tablets so I had to buy some, the gas igniters on the hob didn't work which caused a moment of panic as we started to cook dinner but fortunately we had some matches with us. There was room to park by the house but it's a narrow street and the other people who park there sometimes make it difficult to get in and out of the reserved space

The property was very clean and neat. - Utensils available on property which made cooking easier. - Beds were very comfortable - Internet was very fast

There was nothing wrong with the property at all, it was perfect in every way, but if possible perhaps an addition of mosquito nets for the windows would be extremely useful for the summer periods.

Fabulous property, great location, excellent host, we will definitely be back

The place was absolutely amazing, a fabulous house with large comfy bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, great open plan living area and a balcony. Excellent location and parking. All communication was friendly and helpful and there were lots of really thoughtful touches like tea and shampoo.

The top room was quite warm.

Size of beds too small for 5 people as 4 had to share. Kitchen was a little smaller than expected. Tv was small for a family room.

Clean, modern, good size bedrooms, love that every bedroom had a big en-suite. Good range of kitchen utensils and equipment. Good communication between agent at all times. Very close to Cardiff Bay amenities, 10min taxi ride into Cardiff City.
