Ok flat in a good location.

- Great location, ten mins walk to the Bay - Cheaper than other apartments in the area - Strong WiFi - Easy check in using a lockbox - Heating was strong and turned on super quick - Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, cutlery etc (note, no condiments such as salt and pepper etc)

- It was an old, slightly damp flat that needs better ventilation. - Very shabby decorating especially in the bathroom. Only one layer of (badly done!) paint. - Flat didn’t feel finished, for example there was a wall in the bathroom where it looked like there was supposed to be tiles but they’d run out or something, leaving it covered in plaster/old paint. Similar situation on the wall where the mirror above the sink was supposed to be and in the living room on the wall where the TV used to be (note, I was warned of the last two things as apparently they had only just broken) - Dirty skirting boards - I was asked whether they could come round to do some maintenance work during my stay which felt unusual considering I was staying for four nights and not a long term tenant?! - A load of rubbish/boxes etc had been dumped by the back door which mean the view from the bedroom wasn’t very nice! It would take 10 mins to clean that up?! If they put in a bit of effort this could be a really nice flat.

Great stay! Highly recommend!

Everything! Got to the property early and met the lady who was sorting out the property who handed me the parking permit so I could leave my car there and then come back later when she was done. It's spacious, has a very comfortable bed, the living area is great and the kitchen is big. Bathroom is clean too. Walking distance to Cardiff Bay.

Could do with coat hooks in hall, very very cold floors (we did appreciate the heating but had forgotten slippers & it was the cold snap) & could do with more choice of pans as was cooking a full & varied meal on Saturday night

Great Place - Ideal for WMC and Cardiff Bay

The apartment was very clean. Plenty of space for me and my daughter (adult). Location for Cardiff Bay and the WMC is amazing. Layla the host turned up just as we were checking in and she was lovely and very welcoming. We only stayed for one night but what a great place and if you are staying longer what a fab place with it's own courtyard area 😊

Disappointing area not very safe over priced just book 2 rooms in a Travelodge or Ibis hotel

Location was awful. We travelled with mother in law 74 not suitable if individuals are not used to a rough looking area. Problem parking in road

Bed and specifically sofa bed is not suitable for adult hard as board! Only suitable for children. Step caused mother in law to fall and damp in property

Exceptional

Fantastic place to stay. Amazing location, just few minutes walk from Cardiff Bay and 25min from City centre. You can find everything you need in the apartament. Bed was very comfortable and all linen and towels super soft. It looks much, much better in reality than on the pictures 🙂 Fully recommend.

No sign on the door (A, B) so we're a bit confused which one is actually for us, but it's not a big issue.

Extremely comfortable, cosy and spacious! Would highly recommend and would also book the same apartment when staying in Cardiff again! Was amazing as soon as walking in. The staff were very polite and helpful! Was as easy as it can be.
