Amazing stay during our welsh holiday!

Amazing location. Great facilities. Bed was super comfortable. We felt so at home. We will be booking again!

It can get a bit noisy. Hari Krishna's woke us up at 6am most mornings and continued throught the day and it could be heard clearly through the apartment. Can't be helped but it was annoying.

Jose turned up exactly on time to hand over the keys, and was reachable by phone & text throughout my stay.

Great flat in a good location

This flat is super clean, it has everything you could possibly need, including a washer/dryer, shampoo, appliances, TV with Netflix etc. It's a lovely flat in a great location, and check in was really easy. The bedding was good quality and there's also a blackout blind in the room, so I slept really well! I only briefly met José but he seems like a top bloke and was also flexible with check in (I arrived a little later than planned). He also made himself available on WhatsApp, although everything was clear and easy to use in the flat so I didn't need to contact him much. All in all a great choice, I would stay here again.

Amazing place at Cardiff Bay

The place is located in a very beautiful area. It is a well equiped flat, with everything you need for a short stay. The host Jose is a very nice guy, he met us personally to welcome us and give the key. Everything was perfect during our stay.

The apartment was very tastefully decorated and had everything needed for a home from home stay. The bed was very comfortable with luxurious duvet. The location was excellent 2 minutes walk to the bay.

totally relaxing, which was just what I wanted.

Jose had supplied some things he knew I wanted, like milk and ice cubes, which I found a nice touch. There was also coffee, tea and sugar already supplied, but I knew there were shops nearby. The location was great, and there was plenty of room for one. The TV even had Netflix & YouTube channels, as well as many others.

The manual supplied needs updating. For example it asked me not to touch the settings on the heaters but to contact Jose, as they were set to automatic. But he said to just switch the system on., and that was that.
