Not satisfied with the overall stay

Location was easy to find

The property was not clean enough. Kitchenware were dirty and we even found a leftover croissant inside the microwave with fungus. The toilet paper rolls were not new.

Do not recommend

The bed was comfy

Our group of girls had a very disappointing experience at this property. From the moment we arrived, there was an overwhelming smell of curry throughout the accommodation, which lingered on our clothes and belongings. The cleanliness and condition of the property were far below expectations. Dirty glasses, chipped walls, and a broken picture frame gave the place a neglected feel. Most concerning was a large, old blood stain on the bedding, which was completely unacceptable. The property was also much smaller than advertised, with only one toilet for eight guests, making it impractical for a group stay. The terrace was uninviting and overlooked a scruffy, poorly maintained garden. The surrounding area felt unsafe, with men frequently loitering nearby, and we did not feel comfortable leaving the property unless we were together. In addition, the listing stated that parking was available opposite the property, but this was not the case, causing significant inconvenience upon arrival. Overall, the property was misrepresented in several key aspects and did not meet acceptable hospitality standards. We would not recommend this accommodation, especially for groups of women or families.

Overpriced and they called it “stylish loft” took a chance .. sadly photos must be years old

This property needs cleaning professionally.. food needs to be removed from sofa..it needs painting outside needs jet washing and bed need mending or replacing ( broken stats) if you squeeze 4 double beds at least think where are they going to sit in the lounge????

Wouldn’t stay again.

The beds were comfy , the amenities were great and location was good for what we needed. Lots of room.

It smelled like cannabis strongly through the floor. The neighbourhood was quite sketchy. It was difficult to get checked in which added stress to our stay. The front door to the whole property was broken. Lots of things were either broken or marked. When we got there first the toilet had wee left in. The walls had marks all Up them and it looked like someone had gone around with a knife. I was on edge most of my stay.

Good location apartment, needs some improvements

The location and parking at the property were good Good space in bedrooms and beds were comfortable Staff via messaging platform were quick to answer and help sort issues Had a large cot for baby which was very useful

The shower was cramped, no towels on arrival but sorted quickly. The property was not cleaned well prior to our arrival- my crawling daughter found a dog bone under the tables, dirty floors. Kitchen dishes were not clean and limited spoons to stir food/ flip eggs. Broken door handles to bedroom so could not close bedroom door to noise of living room with baby in bedroom. Damage to some walls and appliances. Only stayed a night however.

Value for money good place.

The location was good as it was close to the city. Many supermarkets and lots of places for eating out or takeaway. Everything in the apartment was as described.

There were only 3 mugs when I booked the place for 5 guests. Also the bedroom fan needs cleaning.

Apartment is stylish as indicated and free parking is a plus. Owner respond promptly to issues flagged during the stay.

Staircase walk way is narrow so need to be mindful for big family. Location is not near to city center, ideally needs driving. Bed is too soft Only 1 toilet bowl available, so need to share n wait.

We had an absolutely awesome stay here, very warm and welcoming.

The property was from home to home, very warm and welcoming. Nice and spacious and had everything we needed with a few extras which was great especially since we traveled with our kids. The kids were very comfortable.

Only that there was no toilet in the on-suite which was minor…

Had difficulty entering and tried to contact someone for assistance but no one replied or returned my calls . 🥲 There was a strong smell of cannabis when we entered.

Lots of space in the kitchen, unfortunately we didn't have time to cook. The main living room is too small.

The attitude of the host was very nice and the response to messages was very fast.

The space is a bit small for groups with 6 people, and at the same time the hygiene is not very clean, and we also wiped the sofa table.

The beds were clean and comfy, it was spacious and it had all basic facilities. Free street parking right outside.

When we arrived there was an overwhelming smell of cannabis especially upstairs that stayed the whole time we were there. The walls are very thin so we could hear next door playing their music like they were in the living room. There were dirty pans and trays in the oven and nothing clean for us too cook with. The cutlery in the drawers was dirty and so were the worktops. The back door upstairs didn’t lock so anybody could’ve came in if they really wanted too and it didn’t feel secure, me and my partner locked the bedroom door overnight and felt on edge, I tried to contact the staff but had absolutely no response.

We had a pleasant one week stay.

Place was clean and cozy especially like the little convenient store down the road. Entertainment was great. More than enough room for us 4 person. Could do our laundry and make simple breakfast and coffee ;-)

Shower area was rather small. Kitchen basin tap was not practical. Not suitable for any kind of cooking other than some simple breakfast.

Excellent, modern apartment in a great location. Everything thought of for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location, walkable to the town centre, near to an excellent bakery, corner shop and take-out Chinese. The property certainly how the wow factor. Beds, furnishings very modern and very clean.

Unfortunately, all we could hear on our arrival was next door banging and drilling. However, we went out for a walk and when we returned all was quiet and remained that way. This is a terraced house and extraneous noise is to be expected. The only other issue was the lack of a toilet on the upper floor, so if you were 'caught short' in the middle of the night it meant a light on and a trip downstairs. For those with mobility issues, there is a single and a double bedroom on the same floor as the 'conveniences'. There was also, strangely, no teaspoons. A stock take on the cutlery wouldn't make go amiss. However, this is all very, very niggly on an otherwise amazing property.

Lovely apartment. Was lovely and clean. Great facilities. Comfortable beds. Really close drive to Cardiff centre.

Only thing would day maybe add some coasters in living room to not ruin lovely furniture and tea towels or kitchen towel on the kitchen

We throughly enjoyed our stay!

We are a group of 5 girls who really enjoyed our stay. We loved the decor it was very boujee and comfortable. The facilities were great, the terrace was a bonus but only thing which was needed was an extra toile. We throughly enjoyed the accommodation. Thank you
