Not bad but could easily be improved.

Location and price.

The mattress was poor and quality if the bedding. Noise from local bar’s outdoor space. Water pipe in shower room could be heard running (from other rooms?) Fridge noise also a bit too loud.

Was a good value for money for students attending workshop/conference, very practical location.

The staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. I was allowed to drop by suitcase at the reception after the checkout while I was attending my workshop so I didn't have to carry it everywhere with me.

I didn't have the key to open the front door when I arrived so I had to wait for a certain time for the door to be opened by some of the tenants and I seized the occasion. It made me feel a little uncomfortable. I also had to wait a while at the reception before someone attended.

Nice accommodation and great facilities, but the staff’s attitude, especially at night really needs improvement.

The accommodation itself was nice, clean, and had great facilities. The location was convenient and the building felt secure and well-maintained.

The staff service, especially from one of the night front-desk employees who checked me in, who was 🇮🇳 was disappointing. I checked in late, and he didn’t provide any information or guidance about the facilities, which made things difficult as it was my first time in student accommodation. Basic information like how to access the laundry room or navigate the building was not shared, and his attitude came across as rude and unhelpful. The other night staff I encountered later were much friendlier and more helpful.

Disappointing experience with no stay due to last-minute cancellation

We booked this property well in advance, in May, for a one-night stay in August for two people, selecting what was advertised as a two-bedroom apartment. On the day of check-in, we received a message stating that the property could no longer accommodate two guests, which left us without a place to stay at the last minute. Although Booking.com provided alternative accommodation, the poor communication from the property caused significant delays and resulted in us arriving late to the concert we had planned the trip around. A word of caution: if you are booking the two-bedroom apartment for two people, be aware that it may not be honoured.

Made to feel very unwelcome during check in and check out process, was looked at and not acknowledged. When I checked out at 7:30am in the morning I was asked ‘now?’ No basic friendliness or hospitality

Para a reserva já foi muito ruim. Demoraram demais pra informar se deu certo minha documentação ou não, e fiquei quase até a véspera da viagem sem saber se teria um local pra dormir. Finalmente cheguei pra fazer check-in e logo no Primeiro dia não tinha ninguém pra me receber, fiquei mais de 30 minutos esperando com malas nas mãos e exausta e nada. Precisei ir embora e ficar em outro lugar pra não dormir na rua (e não perder o horário do meu compromisso). Além disso, o banheiro estava com odor muito forte e tinha teia de aranha na janela do quarto. Também não havia tapete no banheiro e foi horrível. Não bastasse tudo isso meu conector não funcionava na tomada do quarto. Usei o mesmo conector durante a viagem toda, em todos os lugares. Mas aqui nessa hospedagem mandaram que eu comprasse outro conector. Poxa! Muita falta de acolhimento e ajuda. O funcionário emprestou o dele (de uso particular) num dia. No dia seguinte já fiquei sem carregar novamente porque o local não tinha pra emprestar

Boa relação entre custo e benefício.

Boa localização e bom preço. O local é calmo, porém bem perto do centro. A cama é confortável. Pelo preço cobrado, vale a pena.

O quarto fica bem quente no verão. A limpeza do banheiro poderia ter sido melhor.
