It’s okay
Clean and simple

Quiet and spacious third floor room.
Unwelcoming overgrown weeds in the front yard made me worry and afraid. The carpeted staircase was very dirty, soiled and heavily stained. Same for the room and hallway. Room carpet, along the baseboards, corners was not vacuumed for a long time. Stained, unclean windowsill. I request a refund of $45 that was added to the advertised room rental fee.

Good value for the money. Clean with a well equipped kitchen.
No physically present staff. Looks like an abandoned house.

Close to where I had to go
The air conditioner leaked and I had water all over the floor The other people in the building were always slamming doors and the pillows were old and cheap. It looks very sketchy from the outside.
