The location was perfect it was quiet, and most of all clean.

This is my own observations, they should finish all the maintenance it’s more better for the guest and business for sure, also the wifi was slow. It’s not good for traveler that are mostly depending on free connections, good things i have my own. ( just want to share so that next time will be better ✌️)

Newly renovated, laundry onsite.

Not enough matching hangers, light from Korean embassy at night was too much, had to wear eyeshades. Very poor quality silverware, black cooking utensils, scraped Teflon pans - this was the worse given how much money they put into renovations.

The location is close to downtown (15 minutes walk), overall the place is nice, modern, well furnished if you want to cook. The street is quiet, you'll sleep closer to North Korea that you will ever sleep in your life, the parking is included, the rooms are clean and the house overall is modern and nice.

There was water damage in the kitchen, likely due to a leak in the second floor bathroom, and besides the holes in the kitchen's ceiling, it was raining in front of the stove when we were cooking breakfast. There was other hole in the ceiling ahead of the stairs to the second floor. The light & fan of the first-floor bathroom did not work, and as the room had no window, it was not usable. Parking works, but you need to coordinate with other renters because we're all in one line. If you arrive first, but want to leave first, you cannot. There is a whiteboard at the entrance to plan for this, but there was no pen. Nothing is a deal breaker, but it lowers the experience from great to OK.
