The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean with great attention to detail. All of the employees were extremely welcoming, warm, and seemed to genuinely care about ensuring an outstanding stay for their guests.

Staff are absolutely exceptional there. My son has asthma and allergies and they were so conscientious about him having everything he needed to be comfortable in our room. Rooms were very clean and we had plenty of space. Also enjoyed our breakfast at Norca. Loved that the hotel is connected to the Ottawa Art Gallery, we really enjoyed our visit to OAG.
Pretty much liked everything. Parking was a little limited in their shared underground lot. Don't make the same mistake we did and not get your parking ticket changed over to a hotel parking ticket - we didn't and the overnight parking cost us $60,00 on the way out instead of $45.00

Large rooms. Heated floor in the bathroom and shower area. Soft but comfortable bed (we prefer stiff mattress). Convenient location to historical sites in Ottawa and the Market district.
The body wash, shampoo and conditioner are very perfumy. I smelled like a flower for 4 days. If you don't like scented soaps then bring your own. We had one day when the room was not remade until 7 or 8pm. We had to ask the front desk to have some one do it on the way out for supper. It was the Monday of a long weekend so expect there was high turnover of rooms that day.
